Panera Bread

I spent $12.99 today for a delivery order of the new Chicken Caprese Salad. It came without any chicken. I called the store, hoping they would re-deliver a correct order. Instead, the manager offered to refund only the cost of the salad. I still had to pay for the delivery fee ($5) of the chicken-less chicken salad and the tip I added to the order. So I had a bad dinner and had to pay for the privilege of their terrible service.

Stay away from this Panera.

20250528 First time here. Got a custom salad, herbal tea and cookie. Everything was real good, as expected. The salad was beautifully packed tight into the container... it looked like a bottomless salad as I was eating it. I would come here again.

Panera is always a great vibe to get some work done, but I wish they had more food options.

I stop by to pick up a breakfast sandwich, I did a mobile order, it was ready when I go there. Food was good.

I get coffee teas and cold drinks throght the Drink Club. I don't buy the food. I Use to like to spend time near the fireplace. It's not lit up anymore . The outside patio is relaxing.

My sandwich comes with a bottle cap. How in the world they can't they see it, and why drink while making food? I contacted them, and there no response. As a result, I canceled my sip club membership for good.

Tried one of the dippers. Not that happy, bread was okay, meat was lacking, sauce too salty. Don't recommend the dippers. They also need to hire more people, orders were running behind

Five years ago for some reason I gave this Panera a 1 star rating. Since then, my family & I have eaten here innumerable times and it's a great location. Sorry, Panera, for the enormous capital cost I must have imposed on you with my faulty rating five years ago. In my defense, my thumbs are larger than these little stars.

To night i was this place someone her name is MIRNA very rude and didn’t pay atención the costumer and she no respect the client I don’t how hiring her
And the guy his name is ABDEL he is great guy and to many time say sorry and helped me and he is very gentleman

i’ve been coming here sense i was a kid. quality and service has gone extremely down the past years. you outta see the size of the portions now are SO much smaller than they used to be the prices are still high. honestly it’s crap food, it’s not even that good. plain food, except maybe the frontega sandwich. again, tiny portions for bland food. usually very busy and packed, sometimes the line is out the door. id never recommend this panera to anyone personally

Meh. I do order here a lot but their options are lackluster. I’m becoming bored of their food. Because you can’t build your own sandwich they you want it, some sandwiches you can’t customize.
This may be a fall & winter option.

Dietary restrictions: They’ve limited options. The biggest issue, their dressings & Soups are really high in sodium.

Parking: It’s a huge open parking lot. A lot of options were to park, because of what is offered in the shopping center.

Wheelchair accessibility: There isn’t an automatic door openers, however there are service staff & customers, willing to help.
