Went to order food online to which I stood there for about 8-10 mins without being acknowledged. Once I got my food I decided to eat there and found they had shorted me my strawberry pies. Didn’t even apologize just gave it, after saying they had to verify order. After eating some of the cold fries I went to ask for water and they said they don’t serve in establishment. Also found the place to be super dirty.

This is the location nearest my home so Ive been a numbers of times. At least the last two visits the chicken on the order was very-very dry and really not edible. I thought the last time was an anomaly but now I am not sure. I threw away all the chicken after a few bites. Not sure if the bad (overcooked and very dry) food is system wide or just this location is poorly managed. Also the Red Beans and rice was very minimal. The regular size cup is about 1/2 filled with probably less then a TB spoon of beans and a few Kurnels of rice on top. Im guessing too much enfaces on trying to profit (not throwing out old, tired or too small chicken pieces and half filling the RB&R cups) not enough on quality control. I think I am done with Popeyes, or this location anyway. Im editing now. I saw the managers response.... the food I was sold would not be up to nobody's standards, not just mine, I dare say you wouldn't eat it either. Throw old old tired chicken thats been sitting too long. When your employees find a piece thats too small, throw it out. Fill up those cups with beans and rice, stop trying to game the system and profit an extra 3 cents. Mediocre food rolls down from the top, and you are the only one who can reverse that. Do Better and you wont get bad reviews. Im not a Karen either, I think Ive done this (leaving a bad review) maybe 2-3 times in my life, only when service/food is really very bad and potential customers deserve to hear before spending their hard earned dollars. The Popeyes chain deserves better also.

Missing sandwiches, or wrong order given, called the manager and they were rudely screaming me on the phone the manager sounded African American, raised his voice and even cursed at me when asking simple question, I saw another review about this African American manager and I didn’t expect them to be right….

I wouldn't recommend going to this Popeyes, particularly with the African American manager, Robert. It's wiser to travel a little further to a different location.

This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. I used the app which is misleading making you think that's how you get a deal. The $20 family special turned out charging me $42. All the DEI managers examined the receipt repeatedly and the young server repeatedly explained that the app overcharged me. The DEI managers refused to understand. No concessions were made. I was told the only resolution was for me to contact customer service and cancel the order. I was so angry, and the food got colder and colder and began to leak! Too many managers getting in the way of these young employees! Terrible Popeyes! And the mangers are idiots, they kept my receipt also! I left with the cold leaky meal. Horrible Christmas Eve experience!

The restaurant doesn’t have a serviceable restroom to use, exit door is locked and even when they send you to use PaneraBread restroom you have to go around. Restaurants must maintain a serviceable restroom for customers to wash hands and relieve themselves as minimum requirement.

The worst location ever! Every time we order, there’s an issue with the order and the service.
The staff is very rude and knows nothing about customer service.
Once, I ordered the 12 wing meals and the worker gave us just 6, and I only realized that when I went home. Then I had to drive back to the store to deal with this rude person again.
Another time, we ordered the family meal and they gave it to us missing whole pieces.
Last time, my husband ordered the 24 piece family meal and asked for 5 pieces spicy with the rest mild, but they gave him the exact opposite and ruined our dinner which we paid $70 for. Not worth it at all.
When we tried to call the manager, he was very rude and kept telling us that my husband got what he ordered, when that wasn’t even remotely true.

I really enjoyed the chicken and the sides here, especially the red beans and rice. It really sucks that they don't have music in the lobby and often are out of barbecue sauce, and also the fact that the mac and cheese feels very watery in the morning sucks. This cashier named Kellen was very helpful and nice, and this worker named David made my food very well and fast.

Will come again!
