The restaurant doesn’t have a serviceable restroom to use, exit door is locked and even when they send you to use PaneraBread restroom you have to go around. Restaurants must maintain a serviceable restroom for customers to wash hands and relieve themselves as minimum requirement.

The worst location ever! Every time we order, there’s an issue with the order and the service.
The staff is very rude and knows nothing about customer service.
Once, I ordered the 12 wing meals and the worker gave us just 6, and I only realized that when I went home. Then I had to drive back to the store to deal with this rude person again.
Another time, we ordered the family meal and they gave it to us missing whole pieces.
Last time, my husband ordered the 24 piece family meal and asked for 5 pieces spicy with the rest mild, but they gave him the exact opposite and ruined our dinner which we paid $70 for. Not worth it at all.
When we tried to call the manager, he was very rude and kept telling us that my husband got what he ordered, when that wasn’t even remotely true.

I really enjoyed the chicken and the sides here, especially the red beans and rice. It really sucks that they don't have music in the lobby and often are out of barbecue sauce, and also the fact that the mac and cheese feels very watery in the morning sucks. This cashier named Kellen was very helpful and nice, and this worker named David made my food very well and fast.

Will come again!

don’t know if it’s just my shitty luck but basically every single time i order from this specific location, something goes wrong. if they mess up the order then they straight-up refuse to correct it. i tried my luck today by ordering and the cycle just repeats itself. they gave me a bunch of spicy chicken even though i didn’t order it and then they just tried to gaslight me by saying i got what i ordered??? no i did not lmao. i despise spicy chicken so there’s no reason why i’d ever order that. anyway this location just sucks, especially the service. so.

My husband and I ate here and got chicken at 9 o’clock at night. The whole food was cold. Ran out of side said they were not gonna cook any more chicken. I told the manager I was not satisfied. He just blew me off. I will never eat here again lousy service.

Standard Popeyes - the service can be good on some days and on other days leave you wanting to turn around and leave. I have dined in on occasion but the tables are not always clean.

Every time I go to buy at that restaurant, an Spanish lady who always serves in front is in a bad mood and talks to you in a bad way as if she gave you the chicken, they need to put someone younger, she forgets to put cutlery, napkins and wants to charge for the barbecue sauce.

greasy salty food. not very good. prices have gone up but quality is still trash. a little sketch sometimes here with the customers. i used to work here so i have first hand experience with that. NOT HALAL! when i worked here we would get a lot of muslim customers and my muslim boyfriends family comes here too! i told them please do not eat here, everything is soaked in pork fat!!

BTW, when i worked here we do NOT reuse food for another day!! as another review mentioned the food seemed maybe a day old. that is impossible as popeyes contributes a massive amount of food waste by throwing away all the chicken remaining at the end of the day. when i did closing shift i had to do this. it’s also highly unlikely the chicken has been sitting long before your order. it’s just shitty food is all.

Horrible customer service. Can and will forget items on your orders.

Chicken was not battered properly apart from me another customer complained about them verbally charging an extra $1.75 to the Chicken breast to every breast when it has already established a price for it

Terrible service. I asked for sauce and the lady stands there saying with an attitude that I have to pay 50 cents. I told her I have a 5 piece meal and told her I am supposed to get at least 1 sauce. She said fine and handed over the sauce very rudely. Rude and nasty people.

Purchased a meal for my whole family and they only would offer 1 sauce without charging 50 cents for another one. A family needs around 6 sauces. I am not paying a couple of more dollars for another sauce. I could buy a whole sandwich which with that money.
