Some of the best European style beer I have had in a while. Y’all really nailed it with the malt, yeast, and hope character, not to mention the water profile. Excellent brewery in an awesome location!
This brewery was a great find. Beer was tasty and many options are available. There was a live band during our visit, they were great. The old stable area is homie and well done. There are TV’s for sports. Light snacks are available but if you want heavier food, you will need to bring it in.
Another road trip, another off-the-beaten-path find, and this one really delivered. We stopped in on a mid-January Saturday and even with the brewery packed, everything felt welcoming and well run. It was great meeting the owner and seeing the care that goes into this place.
