We loved working with Carrie at Buttercream Dreams LLC to select our wedding cake for our special day at Guildford Farm. She set up a wonderful tasting for us that allowed us to consider flavor combinations we would have never thought of had we not had this opportunity. Though our favorite has always been Red Velvet we chose Pink Champagne cake with Raspberry Buttercream and Almond cake with Blackberry Buttercream in addition to the Red Velvet. Those new flavors were equally amazing. Carrie was a great partner with our vendors and decorated the cake beautifully with the flowers provided by our florist. She did a beautiful job with delicious results!

We got our wedding cake and cupcakes from Buttercream Dreams and couldn’t have been happier! Carrie was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the entire process, from the divine tastings all the way to the final touches on our cake the day of. Carrie went above and beyond and piped our trees onto the cake day of at the venue so that it wasn’t damaged during transportation at all and had an amazing design. Aside from the design and her artful decorating skills, the cake and cupcake flavors are to die for.

Carrie made us a delicious wedding cake and decorated it beautifully! We provided Carrie with the decorations for the cake and she turned it to a masterpiece! Thank you Carrie for making our wedding special.

Carrie was wonderful to work with and was very friendly. She made the most beautiful cake for our wedding day and it tasted amazing. We received so many compliments throughout the evening from our guests about how delicious the cake was. Carrie worked with my florist to create the floral design on the cake. At the beginning of the process, Carrie sent us small batches of cakes, icing, and jam through the mail to taste test since we are not local to the area. The price of the cake was great for the quality. I would definitely recommend Buttercream Dreams to anyone looking for a delicious and beautiful cake. My husband and I can't wait to eat the top tier on our anniversary!

We ordered our wedding cake, cupcakes, and a surprise birthday cake for my now husband through Buttercream Dreams and everything was perfect! Our tasting was by far, the most fun part of the entire wedding planning process and we had lots of favorite flavor combinations, it was difficult to narrow down choices but Carrie helped with that as well. We ended up going with a dark chocolate cutting cake with peanut butter buttercream frosting for our wedding cake, snickerdoodle cupcakes (which our guests devoured), dark chocolate cupcakes, and almond cupcakes with almond buttercream frosting. Everything was delicious and Carrie was so helpful with advice on the color of our cake (which was a rich, emerald green) and helping me surprise my now husband with his birthday cake which he loved and was thrilled to have his own cake. She worked great with our other vendors and we found her very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend her for any baked goods in any future events.

Buttercream Dreams made a beautiful cake and delicious cupcakes for my October wedding! When booking her, we were able to sample and pick our flavors from a wide variety. Then, before the wedding she made sure everything was how we wanted it with a phone call. She was a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job setting up at our wedding! Highly recommend! ?

Carrie Ashton went above and beyond for our wedding cake and sweet treats. I brought a few inspiration pictures to the initial consultation and she was able to recreate the essence of the designs perfectly- going as far as to HAND PAINT the marbling detail on the cake! I had raving reviews from my guests about her delicious cake, cookies, and brownies. I would easily book with her again!

Carrie was great to work with for our June 2022 wedding. She was very detail oriented and wanted to make sure all the colors matched our wedding scheme. She was able to make us a tasting box prior to choosing, and it was so hard to choose flavors because they were all amazing! She helped me figure out how many cupcakes I would need based on guest count and cake size. Her pricing is very fair and she is prompt and courteous! We cant wait to celebrate our one year anniversary with our saved top tier!
