We were detoured by this place due to a crash so we stopped to go ahead and grab dinner. Staff was friendly, one lady put too much veggies on my sandwich but that's no big deal. I'm from Tennessee and they always cut the cheese in half so you get 4 half pieces on a footling but this restaurant used whole pieces which was nice. It may seem silly to comment on and maybe Subway has changed their cheese portions but I thought it was a nice change because those half pieces don't really give you much. There's a nice view of the mountains surrounding the area.

The customer service was great The young lady was very friendly and nice but I ordered a steak sub and the steak was very cold. She did put it in the oven or microwave I'm not sure which it was maybe that was not working I don't know. I almost took it back in but I have a doctor's appointment and did not have time.

I have not eaten Subway for about 4 years or more so today was going to be my comeback day. The workers were cool a lady ran my bread through the oven thing which was cool but after she added the ingredients and I drove off some miles down the highway I was getting hungry and decided it was time the side of bread that she toasted tasted so stale. Threw out some of it.

Used to be good. Now they can't make the sandwiches that you order right. Felt bad only to discover the issue was a person with a disability was doing all the work while he co worker and shift manager were in the back goofing off. Ask them to remake the subs and they would rather conduct and interagation than make what you pay for correctly. Won't be ordering from here again 👎. My sincerest apologies to the lady with the disability doing all the work while perfectly able people play in the back room.
I ordered online and asked for pepper jack cheese and not toasted. I got American cheese and they toasted it. My husband asked for extra onions on his and the employee acted mad and then when he asked for olives she threw a handful on his sub. I don’t recommend this location
