I found this hair inside my sandwich
I have not eaten Subway for about 4 years or more so today was going to be my comeback day. The workers were cool a lady ran my bread through the oven thing which was cool but after she added the ingredients and I drove off some miles down the highway I was getting hungry and decided it was time the side of bread that she toasted tasted so stale. Threw out some of it.

Used to be good. Now they can't make the sandwiches that you order right. Felt bad only to discover the issue was a person with a disability was doing all the work while he co worker and shift manager were in the back goofing off. Ask them to remake the subs and they would rather conduct and interagation than make what you pay for correctly. Won't be ordering from here again š. My sincerest apologies to the lady with the disability doing all the work while perfectly able people play in the back room.

I ordered online and asked for pepper jack cheese and not toasted. I got American cheese and they toasted it. My husband asked for extra onions on his and the employee acted mad and then when he asked for olives she threw a handful on his sub. I donāt recommend this location

Great food. We went during a slower part of day.
Went to the Subway in Weyers Cave BP on Lee Hwy. we typically have problems with our orders but often let it slide. This evening 3 of our subs were made incorrectly. Since it was already late for dinner for us, that was not their fault, my mom, my son, and I decided to go ahead and ate some of our food. My dad opened his and his was made wrong too.
I decided to call them and the girl on the phone told me she would call her manager and call us back.
When they called back she told me they could not replace anything if we had ate our subs. And they could only replace what we brought back.
I explained that we started eating and I would really like them to fix this and they said they could only do it if I came back in. Mind you itās like $5 in gas to run back in a second time.
I asked to speak with the manager and the shift leader took the phone. I explained what was going on. She then reiterated that they would not replace or write my name down unless I came in. I asked if I could have their corporate number and the SHIFT LEADER. Said āone momentā and then she hung up. I waited a few minutes called back and someone picked up and I explained who I was and what was going on and she said that they didnāt have corporates number and I would have to look it up.
I never got a call back from the SHIFT LEADER. And honestly that upsets me the most that she chose to just HANG UP on me.
So Iām just gonna say I DO NOT reccomend them. Their food is almost ALWAYS wrong and their customer service is disrespectful!

I ordered 3 subs 2 steak subs and a meatball all three of them was cold I ordered online and put on the special ordered to heat the meat they need to look better at the paperwork for subs

I was in there yesterday and I heard a woman that I later found out that was the manager yelling at one of her employees she was in the back with the employee and I could hear her out in the dining area she was very disrespectful to this woman I haven't ever been in a restaurant where it's okay to talk to your employees with such disrespect the one just put her head down and walked off I felt so sorry for her someone needs to do something about that manager because there's no reason a manager should talk to their employee like that at all.. someone needs to call HR on this lady and I may be the one to do it. There was three employees there and I heard her yelling at one of them or maybe both but the only one that looked upset was the Mexican lady. Someone needs to look into this situation because no human person should be talked to like that especially in a public environment. With someone that is supposed to be able to keep the composer just a little bit better than that Manager means that someone looks up to you and does what you need them to do and when you talk down to someone like that and put them down it don't hurt the manager is hurting the other person and no one's going to do anything about it everyone act like it was a normal thing that was going on. Hello Subway do something with your manager..
