First time trying this place and I've been looking forward to it. I had an hour drive home ahead of me so I called in an order when I was about 20 mins out, they said it would be about 45 min for my 2 medium pizzas, no big deal, I figured they were busy on a Saturday night. When I got there, I was a little confused because there was no host stand right at the front like most places and nobody working there in sight but I did find the check-out counter really easily and waited for my turn. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that my food was up sooner than the 45 min and I happily paid and left. I should've checked the boxes but I had full faith I was given the correct order. I live about 20 mins away from here and I had a gut feeling something was off when I started smelling peppers (I did not order anything with peppers) but I was already about half way home and really just wanted to be home after the hour drive and stop for the pizza. When I got home, the half pepperoni/half cheese looked simple and straight forward like you would expect but my white pizza ended up being a supreme pizza that I did not order (hence the smell of peppers). I was really looking forward to trying the white pizza so I was pretty bummed out by this mix-up. Neither one of us enjoyed the supreme pizza, it tasted totally bland and the pepperoni/cheese pizza tasted like it had been sitting out under a warmer for hours. The crust on both were almost impossible to chew it was so tough. The ranch was the best part about this meal. For the price I paid for these 2 pizzas, I had instant regret about this entire order when I got home and started eating. I definitely don't see myself going back there unless I'm really desperate and next time I will make sure to check that I'm at least receiving the correct items.

My manger offered to take our department out to lunch. It was my suggestion to go to Anna’s. We ordered 4 appetizers, 6 entrees & 4 desserts.The only issue that I had was my manager after eating half of her salad found hair in it. The waitress was notified & asked if she wanted another 1.. Hum No!! When the bill came nothing was mentioned about trying to fix this wrong. No 1 was trying to get anything for free..( we were there on our lunch break)There was no apology from the manager for your inconvenience & your meal is on the house. So my manager asked what’s going to be done about this incident. The waitress talked to the manager & returned & said he will take off a dessert. The situation was bad for business. Plus No 1 had on hair nets that we could see !!
