I ordered a couple days ago at around 9:30 in the morning, I wanted the egg and cheese biscuit and an egg and cheese croissant, I ordered delivery and honestly it may be my bad I should’ve known, but I feel like they should tell you it’s door dash, it took over an hour to get to me, and when I opened my bag it was just a croissant. I was just gonna take my loss and go ahead and heat it up, but when I unwrapped it, there wasn’t even egg it was just ham and bacon… I don’t eat meat. So I called and wanted to get it remade, but of course at this point breakfast was over :/ I asked if I could get an impossible whopper add cheese and some onion rings as a replacement. I got no onion rings and the burger had no cheese.
Today I ordered again (a pick-up order this time) I got the impossible whopper meal and I sent someone to pick it up for me as I was at work… they forgot my drink, by the time I was able to get my drink and eat my lunch it was cold :/
Pickle fries are awesome tho !

This location does not have Coca-Cola frozen icees, I've been to many different Burger King restaurants in my life, and never, ever came to a Burger King that I couldn't order my favorite thing to drink with my meal. I have went back over 5 times thinking that maybe JUST MAYBE they would have gotten whatever their problem is with not serving an item that is known for having COCA COLA ICEES. I'm sorry if I seem a bit rude, but I guess it's because my mom has been employed with Burger King for over 35 years, and she has NEVER EVER been slacking in any way.

Took over 20 minutes to get our to go meals. Food was cold. Other orders that were after us were served first. They were told twice it was to go, but order was put on tray. Had to ask for to go bag. Had to bag order ourselves. Had to ask for ketchup. Manager acted like he did not want to be there. Got very smart mouth with family. Not the first time.

I’m not sure if I’m just having a bad day or what but this is my second horrible review that I’ve had to make. I’m not just speaking for myself when I say this is a horrible restaurant. I never wanna come back again. There was flies. My food came half cold. I had a stoner serving me. There was a person a.k.a. employee walking out of the bathroom without washing their hands. This is utterly disgusting and I’m highly disappointed with today’s I give up and I don’t have any more energy to put into these reviews. Just know this is messed up. PS 14 flies in counting and my chicken fries for my 9 month old tasted like chemicals

I appreciate that the prices are affordable in this day and age.When things are very costly just get breakfast and eat at home the other times because breakfast the prices are more reasonable
