Been eating at this Burger King for a while now, came in today and I see a new manager. The service is now bad, the food quality is not like it was. My soda was flat. Putting less ingredients on the sandwiches. Needless to say it was my last visit here. Dairy Queen right across the street.

The staff were friendly enough but I put in an online order and they didn't start making it til I got there. It should have been ready. What's the point of ordering ahead if they don't have it ready and I asked for no mayo and got mayo. The store could be cleaner but at least the flies were gone.
Had to wait about 10 minutes to get thru the drive thru because the person in front of the line was waiting for their order. Why don't they pull into a space so others can just move along? My order was a online order. Food was cold.

Constantly missing something from mobile orders. One time 2 things were missing. Do a lot of mobile orders there & it's very common that something is missing from my order. People make mistakes, but this is becoming a regular occurrence.

Burger King is a pretty good fast food place to eat at. They have the awesome Whopper as well as fish sandwiches and much more. They also have onion rings and fries. They have very good croissants for breakfast. We come here about twice a week to eat. The restaurant is clean and the associates are very friendly and helpful.

Used to come here because the burgers were always hot. Tonight I drove up at 9:57 when the hours are till 11pm. The lady came out the door and told me they were closed was extremely rude. Change your hours or honor your policy.
