Just ordered take out have had some issues in the past but the guy manager was always so nice and helpful that it never bothered me when my order was wrong but this time the girl who answered was short with me and dismissive and the manager wouldn't get on the phone because it was dinner rush. I get they are busy but y'all messed up my order not me. I ordered a pizza with 3 toppings and my pizza came with none of them I asked them to remake it which they were willing to do but I told them I couldn't go back out and I asked them to deliver it and they wouldn't do it. Y'all messed up not me the least they could do would be to deliver it. But they can't be bothered I will be talking to corporate for this. I didn't care my order was wrong I'm mad how they handled it

Order online took 50 minutes . Only 5 minutes away . Pizza was not correct . Missing 2 topping . Called the store only to be on hold for over 30 minutes and nobody ever picked up .

So just a heads up, I tried to order pizza. I called them after 40 minutes that the pizza had still not been delivered. The app told me that the pizza was being for a quality check at 311. I called at 3 :50 and she told me the driver was on the way and then I proceeded to ask her if my pizza had been out since 3:11 and they confirmed my pizza had been sitting for 40 minutes and the driver still had not gotten it and they were going to send out 40-minute old pizza. This store has absolutely gone downhill

The manager is nasty and arrogant .just plain rude .I told her that I was going to report her to corporate .she told me she didnt care they were a franchise. Think she is doesn't have to answer to anyone.i know that the owner of that place wouldn't like that. And on top of that they never make your pizza right. PURE TRASH

Don’t advertise that you’re open until 12am if you’re not going to be open.. The last few times that I’ve tried to order or call this specific Dominios in Windsor, Va, the business is closed with no update or message to let customers know. It clearly says that the hours have been updated by the company just 2 weeks ago. You all need to get it together!!!!

I went in to order. I told them I will pay for it after they got my order ready. That way I know what to Tip them if the time was good for getting my order ready and told them I will be outside in my car, right beside the front door. I waited for 20 mins ,thinking they would have come out to my car to let me know my order was ready. But,instead,I went in 20 mins later and it was sitting on the shelf waiting for me. I asked her, why didn't she come And let me know it was ready, and her reply was, because you have not paid for it yet. So that was not a very good experience. The last time I went there, i did pay for it, and they brought it out to me. I don't see the difference and if I did not pay for it.To come out and let me know it's ready.

Ordered our food pickup, got home and it was all cold. We ordered quite a bit of food. Tried to call in to talk about it and I kept getting hung up on. Waited 20 minutes one of the 8 times I called and the person hung up.
If there was a 0, that would be my choice! Shared experience with corporate office in MI. 3rd strike. I don't want a "call back and free coupons". I can afford to pay for what I order. Just hate bringing $40.00 worth of"dinner" home and all of it going in the trash. Even my dog didn't want it!

This is the worst dominos I've ever been to. More than half the time when you order its either wrong, not everything you ordered or taste like it was prepared the previous day, if you do delivery it normally take one and half hours for a 5 minute drive and if you do pickup it smells like wet dog being they share a building with a dog grooming place next door. Top all of this off with they will not fix the app for tracking and its always an inconvenience. The employees mostly act like imbeciles.
