Lady very rude and food is nasty on top of it and missing part of my order but refused to even listen to me! Will let everyone know not to go there!

I went there and got shrimp it won't no rush or nothing they was so hard I couldn't bite my jumbo shrimp and I have some dumplings man what a waste but if u have some money u wanna waste take it here

Pleasantly surprised. Truly good take out, reasonable prices. Their steamed rice isnt oily like the other place in town and the portions are fair. Down sides, no dine in, aesthetically not very inviting.

I have been eating at this place for the past 10 plus year. I have never had a problem with ordering or with the food. The lady who always takes my order is alway friendly to me. We talk about her kids and mine. I will always order from them.

Food was disgusting

The lady that rings you up is just rude. She doesn't say thank you or anything. I tried calling In My order one time and the lady never responded so I said hello hello and she snapped off that I had an attitude with her and don't be calling there with an attitude. Now why would I have an attitude with someone I'm calling my food in too. And she never have a smile on her face she's always looking mean. And she hates whenever you ask her something about a dish. I'm done with this place

Unfortunately we did not get to try the food. We arrived around 6:45 Monday evening. There was a sign on the door that they only had take out. We (my husband and I) went in to order and the woman helping us was clearly displeased we were there. She wrote down the order and rsng us up. As I was paying I asked her a question about the rice and she snapped at me. I asked her if she preferred that we didn’t order and just left and she said she didn’t care what we did. Consequently we left and went into Franklin to El Ranchero. Had a great dinner. I am pretty sure we won’t stop at the Hong Kong again.

Decent, can't eat in, no restroom, and no napkins

We get take out once a week at Hong Kong. We've enjoyed a variety of their dishes over the years. Anything you select will be delicious.
