Don't usually eat out at chains but my friend wanted a sub. It was good. Prices are way more than the last time I went to Subway.

We visit Subway often. I don't usually review because the experiences don't really differ. However, this visit, the young woman who took care of us, went above and beyond. I wish I had gotten her name. She had a smile on her face. She actually took the time to make a not only tastey but appealing to look at subs. I had some with sauce on the side. We really want cookies, but they weren't ready, all of these things she took care of without hesitation, in a very friendly manner.

Ordered a steak and cheese asked for double meat. Got charged double meat double cheese which I would’ve never known had the next part happened bc I never get a receipt. But, whatever I bit into the sandwich it was cold. I asked why they said that’s how we do it and nothing we can do. When I asked for my receipt they then cared but prior it was take your $18 cold steak and cheese and like it

I have ordered the same sub for 2 years. I was a walk in customer, and I always want my bread toasted. They would toast it, and then wrap it in foil to keep my bread warm. In June, I broke my leg so I had to order online and have someone pick it up. For the past 3 months, my usual sub that I have ordered forever, doesn’t come wrapped in foil, nor is it warm, nor does it seem to have ever been toasted. PLEASE TOAST SUB BREAD WHEN REQUESTED, AND WRAP IT IN FOIL ??

I use this location almost every day for my lunch break, the woman in there always have a welcoming attitude. My sub is always amazing, and no matter how busy it is the store looks so clean and fresh veggies are used. I love the remodel and how well maintained they have kept it.

Every time iv worked in the area this place has been the lunch time stop. The manager can make a mean sub and is extremely nice and polite. Thier new chicken sub was awesome. Would say give it a try.

Associates are clueless on their online order system. Twice we've ordered online with confirmation and charges posting to our bank. Arrived for pickup, and they did not have our order. Showed them the confirmation that listed this locations address and phone number. Asked her to look up the order by the order number, and she couldn't. Useless!! I left in disgust.DON'T use online orders. Personally, we will never use this location again.

I don't know what is up with this location in windsor, va. Everytime I order on line for pick up there is always a problem. Ask for sauce on side and they put it on the sandwich, ask for non toasted and they toast it. I feel like they don't read the special instructions you place when you order online for pickup. Granted thay remake the sandwiches but when you are stopping by on the way to work you don't always have the time to wait.
