Decent pizza - skimpy on the mushrooms ( sliced paper thin and not many). They give you a number - when your pizza is ready, they scream your number from the window quite a few times above the crowd noise. We were in the adjacent room so difficult to hear.

We had a wonderful experience with the takeout window at Upper Crust. We got the Greek or Italian salad (huge and shareable), cheese pizza, hot honey chicken pizza (the best), and a flatbread that I can’t remember the name of with pepperoni and banana peppers-all so very good, fresh, and great service’

Pizza looks good, but needs flavor. Not worth the cost. I’ve had frozen pizzas that are better.

Pizza was half baked and doughy. We just scrapped the cheese and sauce off and ate that. The wings and salad were good.

You will not expect to find such a great pizza in such a remote location. Highly recommended

Nothing special but it gets job done when you are hungry after skiing for hrs and need those calories from carbs. They have two different type of pizza crust. Regular one is very fluffy and almost like bread. Other one is flatbread. They also have chicken tenders which were great and decent portion for the price. Regular pizza size is also big.

Wintergreen grooming had deteriorated to the point that it is dangerous. Large ruts and boiler plate hardback make skiing unpleasant at best. This has been the case for several years and is much worse than in the past. Apparently, no one at Wintergreen knows how to groom a slope.
The lift people management is absolutely appalling. We are experienced skiers and the lines were insane, but they were sending out two people at a time on a six person lift. We know holiday weekends can be busy, but the lines could’ve gone so much faster if the employees had been willing to manage the crowds. It was extremely frustrating.
I have never been somewhere so unorganized. We bought tickets ahead of time just to get there and have NOWHERE to park. We drove up and down the mountain for over an hour looking for parking. There was noone directing or guiding traffic whatsoever. Literally did not see one employee. I guess I learned my lesson.
Pizza is very doughy, almost fluffy, it was okay. We really liked the steezy bread, the Hawaiian and sausage pizzas were good, the margarita pizza was AWFUL. It was bread, very little sauce, a couple of small dots of Mozzarella, and a few pieces of tomato.

Didn't realize this place existed, it's a small window up in the ski resort on top of Wintergreen. I live down in the valley and didn't want to make dinner one night so after searching up some pizza I decided to order here. Got a Hawaiian pizza and 12 sweet & spicy wings...cost me about $50. 😱 I guess that's the age we're living in though, for the record the food was delicious and the process was very simple to navigate...the hardest part was actually finding the window.
Just finished tubing with my boys and wanted something fast and good. Food was good and service was fast.
Beautiful spot that allows you to feel miles away from the hectic city/town life . Perfect for just about anything that comes to mind . Cant wait to perform there again !! $JPmusic4thesoul
The only way you can order pizza from this place is online , but the online ordering process is totally UN user friendly, and it is impossible to talk to a real person. The online ordering app refused to take one of my credit cards, so I had to use another. I was told that this is a common experience. Nothing at all on the website about varieties and how to customize your pizza, such as different toppings, crust thickness, etc. No options whatsoever. There is a tiny little text box where you can write comments to supposedly customize your order, so I put that I wanted extra sauce and a medium or thin crust. When I picked it up, it was a thick crust with virtually no sauce, totally what I didn't want. Apparently, no one even bothered to read my comments. I should have got my pizza from Fire & Ice, but they close early. Don't expect user-friendliness and variety like you would at Dominoes or somewhere else. This place and their website are lame and in-personal. For a business that relies completely on an online ordering app, they have a long, long, way to go.

First time at winter green, I’m picky about pizza. Best pizza I have had in a log time and the hot chocolate is even better. First restaurant review in years. A+
