The only way you can order pizza from this place is online , but the online ordering process is totally UN user friendly, and it is impossible to talk to a real person. The online ordering app refused to take one of my credit cards, so I had to use another. I was told that this is a common experience. Nothing at all on the website about varieties and how to customize your pizza, such as different toppings, crust thickness, etc. No options whatsoever. There is a tiny little text box where you can write comments to supposedly customize your order, so I put that I wanted extra sauce and a medium or thin crust. When I picked it up, it was a thick crust with virtually no sauce, totally what I didn't want. Apparently, no one even bothered to read my comments. I should have got my pizza from Fire & Ice, but they close early. Don't expect user-friendliness and variety like you would at Dominoes or somewhere else. This place and their website are lame and in-personal. For a business that relies completely on an online ordering app, they have a long, long, way to go.

these are big pizzas and were very good. definitely a thicker crust than the norm i'd say. convenient and delicious. i thought the bad review below was weird as this wasn't my party of 5's experience at all. go for it.

Ordered the Supreme and was ready in 15 minutes. Hot, yeasty, thick crust pizza was excellent! Fresh toppings and super large portions. Hit the spot after a hike. Would definitely order again and visit the resort just for this pizza!

I was severely disappointed after my meal. My family of five could not finish half, as it was heavy and dense. The kids said every bite they took,it only got worse. Caesar salad was small, there was no chicken, and there was no Caesar dressing. This would be a 0 star review if the chicken tenders were not halfway decent. I would recommend never eating here. Not worth any money.

This is a literal hole in the wall of the Wintergreen Resort. They have recently installed a seating section. Go if you are in need of food. Hard to go wrong with pizza, but this is fairly mediocre and salads are lackluster.. We tried to call but the only option is walk in or online order, which means they cancel if they are out of the latter. Pick up orders are at a window. Literally, there were 4 resort staff chatting away and we had to yell to get their attention. Not a go-to but would eat there if desperate...we were.Vegetarian options: Parking at resort hotel.

The pictures don't do this place justice, but this is a pretty good pizza place. It's conveniently located at the Wintergreen Resort, the options are limited on the resort, but I don't think you'll be disappointed. They primarily serve pizza, but also have salads, some appetizers- mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders, alcohol - beer, wine, and a few dessert options. You can conveniently order online, and pickup at the window.
