I have no complaints about the food or the service. It's usually really good. I love the roast beef. Always have. But this evening I placed an order through the drive thru. Actually I places 2. I had a friend with me. I told the person taking the order to please make sure to give us plenty of Arby's Sauce. They said they would. When I pulled up to the window I asked the girl to please make sure to give plenty of Arby's Sauce. She said ok. We got 3 packs in our bags. That was for 3 sandwiches. If I hadn't of ask for plenty I wouldn't be upset, but I asked twice and still only got 3 packs. I don't live locally to where I could have went back. So please ask your employees to pay attention to what the costumers ask. Thank you very much.

The last time and this time I have showed up with my daughter to get food, I have ordered a classic roast beef meal with a coke for my daughter (she loves the curly fries) but when it comes to me ordering two classic roast beefs the 2 for 7 with a mellow yellow. I ask them to put cheddar on it and that I didnt care to pay extra and the same older rude snarky woman has worked both times I been here. She would argue with me that what I want can't be in a meal, when in reality I dont want it in a meal, she would argue about that or ask me what drink size I want once that it registers in her brain im not asking for a meal and when I go to tell her the same size of the drink that's in coming in the meal of my daughter's she goes back to being rude...like she is wanting to cause problems with customers. This is unprofessional and uncalled for. This woman needs to be fired if she doesn't want to work with the public. She needs to learn kindness whether if she hates or job or doesn't want to work for a living. I mean my God.
