I have no complaints about the food or the service. It's usually really good. I love the roast beef. Always have. But this evening I placed an order through the drive thru. Actually I places 2. I had a friend with me. I told the person taking the order to please make sure to give us plenty of Arby's Sauce. They said they would. When I pulled up to the window I asked the girl to please make sure to give plenty of Arby's Sauce. She said ok. We got 3 packs in our bags....
Awesome staff. If you get your food fresh it's probably one of the best McDonald's to eat at in southwest Virginia

Food is great but last couple times I was just picking up a mobile order, no one would even acknowledge me and eventually I had to holler out. Very frustrating. But again food is great.
