Some of the blandest Mexican in Wise County. I'd rather eat at almost any other Mexican spot in the area. El Dorado is conveniently located and the staff are always very nice, but the food and drinks simply aren't good. The margaritas are horrendous. Oh, and the touch tunes thing is super loud when it activates.
Saw our waitress twice. After food was delivered no came back and asked if we needed anything, and we did. Couldn't find the cheese on my quesadilla and no hot sauce. Doubt if I will come back. Food was passable.
Loved Zack our server, friendly, helpful and added to our experience. Prices are amazing and we couldn’t believe our 👀 eyes when we saw the total. Ate in Gatlinburg and paid three times as much for a poor meal. Enjoyed the whole meal.
