Hair was in my Fries and the buns was hard as a rock.Just went by there 1-9-2026 at 11:20am got a burger and fries and my burger wasn’t even half done.I won’t be going to this location again!

This place is a JOKE. Worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. And that sucks bc I live in wise and love Hardee’s. The breakfast is ALWAYS cold or the biscuits are hard as a rock. A change in management is needed because none of the employees seem to care about the quality of food served.

Last time I came a few weeks the fries were way to salty. This visit I just let them know and they kindly made me fresh fries with light salt. They tasted amazing. She even gave me salt packets. The person working drive thru was very friendly and quick. Thank you.

Every time I get breakfast it’s never made right. There bread is supposed to be toasted never is this has happened multiple times. I used to work at Hardee’s not this one but damn do your job right.

Every single time I order their cinnamon , strawberry or blueberry biscuits they are so dry an they only put small amount of icing on them an when u ask for extra icing it's no better than the regular icing..they need put a good amout if icing on Them.. an their sausage an egg biscuits , it's where the egg? .need do way better..we pay high price for things, need make it worth what we have to pay for it..bk when i was growing up here I remember u got your money's worth..

got a Frisco burger add onion for them to just not put bacon on it. It’s a basic menu item. shouldn’t be that hard.

I’m going to need you all to take the super bacon biscuit off your menu. The last 4 times I’ve ordered it, I’ve gotten the regular bacon egg and cheese, while paying for the more expensive item. Is it a lack of ingredients, a lack of attention/thought, or a lack of care? I’m sick of it and done giving the benefit of the doubt. Food received was cold and wrong.
Horrible. The employees don't even know the menu items when asked. It has consistently gone downhill. We just received 3 burgers with no hamburger meat on them. Yum! Cheese and pickles! It's filthy and needs shut down.

WOW. Just bought a steak and egg biscuit thru the drive thru. What a disappointment. About half a biscuit was missing. Just WOW. GUESS I need to just hold up the line and check my whole order!!
