It was slow, as Hardees always is. And then they tried to give me the wrong order, because I watched them hand my order to the car in front of me. And then they held on to my debit card, because the kid was confused when I told him the bag he was trying to give me was too small to be the right bag. So after I waited while they made my order again, and I didn't accept the "mystery sack" they tried to hand me, and I collected my card, and the drink they almost forgot, I took my average food home and it was average. 3/10, would not recommend.

Staff was rude, took forever to bring the food out (which ended up being cold), didn’t bring the drink and when was asked to bring it out it had obviously been watered down on purpose. Management needs to look into whoever worked the drive thru in the evening on March 6th, 2024.

My order was messed up 1 item incorrect and 1 item made incorrect and at drive thru window the cashier was rude and unfriendly and had to ask 3 times for ranch sauce that I ordered at window found the incorrect item drove back to hardees to correct it and on the way home the second time my husband text me that his was not made like ordered. This is an every day occurrence and I will not go to hardees in Wise Va. Any more

I only go to Hardee's for breakfast and through the drive thru. It's always busy in the mornings but they get that line moving. They try to be nice but you can tell they're in a hurry. The food has been consistently good. Their biscuits are big and fluffy. I recommend their chicken biscuits or biscuits and gravy

I went to Hardee’s and got my order. Came home and all my order wasn’t in the bag (I was unable to go back at the time). I called them and told them what happened. They wrote my name down and my order in a notebook and told me to come back sometime and they’d replace it free of charge. I went back today to get my order and they said they had no notes or anything that said that. My name wasn’t on any notebook. Then said they’d have to call the general manager. After waiting a few minutes the woman came back and told me the GM said they can’t replace my order. I then said that I had already paid for it and she said well the GM said not to replace it. I’m not one to complain about places. I usually just let it go because I know places are busy and short handed but this has happened to me at this Hardee’s multiple times. Every time it’s happened they’re not busy and I have to “pull up to the white line” and wait for my food and the wait is never short. There is no excuse for this !! Do better !!

If I lived closer I would eat here all the time. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The cashier even changed out my husband's coffee cup when he noticed that some old coffee had splashed on it. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.
