It's seems the flavor of the chicken and the gravy has changed and it's not good. Also, left out a piece of chicken from the order.

6:20 pm placed order in drive thru. Finally got to the windows at 6:28 pm. Was told it would take 18 minutes for the extra crispy chicken, so we said we would wait. We were told to park and someone would bring our order to us. We park, waited 25 minutes noticed cars still coming after we placed our order and they were getting food and leaving. So at 7 pm I called the store and they said it would be 8 more minutes. What, did you have to go to the farm, kill the chicken, pluck the feathers and clean the chicken and then cut it up before we could get our food. At 7:15 pm pulled back to to the drive thru window and the lady was very apologetic because it had been 55 minutes since we placed our order. Yes we got 2 extra chicken breast and 4 biscuits. Big deal. This is not our first bad experience with KFC but it was by far the worst. Guess I will not go back until they get a new manager.

It's chicken biscuits and macaroni and cheese!! I stopped here because they do have friendly employees and the food is just as great, KFC has always been the top chicken getten place for my family, though nothing tops my grandmother's chicken biscuits and green beans!!

Not one to generally complain as I loved KFC, past tense. So the last time I ate here I ordered a 2 piece and the chicken literally had zero flavor. Figured it was a fluke but then today a few months later I decided to stop by to get the usual, a 2 piece original chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. When I finally got my meal I was ready to chow down but then when I went to get a sniff of the gravy the potatoes had this god aweful smell. I did a double take, again that same smell and I couldn't tell if maybe they burned them or maybe the potatoes were spoiled but they literally smelt like being on a cow farm, best way I could describe it. Just that farm smell you know. I wasn't even able to finish my meal I threw most it away, didn't complain just walked out. That's 2 for 2 in disappointment on the food quality at this store things here have definitely took a turn for the worst and I won't be back.

If you go through the drive through make sure to go through your bag at the window because 9/10 times they’ll screw up your order here

Ordered at the drive thru and had to repeat my order at the window. Waited well over 15 minutes for my food. When I got home it was someone else's order. Called them up and they are making it right for me on a future visit but we were totally disappointed. I would have gone back but it's a 25 minute drive. Lesson learned to always double check the order. The food we got was ok.

I absolutely love stopping here when we are in town (from SC). The employees are so nice, and the bathrooms are literally the cleanest I've seen! Oh, and the food is always hot, fresh, and tasty!

Y'all REALLY don't want my honest review of this KFC.
Short version:If something you have on your menu is unavailable then say so when I order that its unavailable.
Do not let me wait 20min in a line, then pay for my meal to then turn around 2min later and tell me it's going to be another 20min to make something.
It's very simple. I hope today's issues were just poor planning or kitchen staff error.
Will try again another day, but as of March 30th 2025 very disappointed.

Very poor management and don't go to KFC because the manager's the store manager and the assistant manager are so rude and disrespectful also very poor customer service as well I will never come to KFC again, The food was terrible and never on time, Plus the bathrooms were nasty because me and my friends came for a visit and my friends said nobody cleans the bathrooms and they almost got sick and threw up
