So to start I am a country boy through and through. Crispy fried chicken is a staple where I am from, and I will always remember Sunday afternoons at grandmas house there was always fried chicken. Being a country boy from the south I was expected to be at church every Sunday and still am as a grown man. When I was young I was there but I find I miss a lot now days unless I find out the elders wives are planning a meal afterwards. Then I am there just for that chicken and my soul of coarse. Sorry back to KFC, I don’t know whose goal it is to see how much salt they can get into the breading but they have won a ribbon. The place has been on a steady death spiral for a while. They have went to serving the smallest pieces of chicken you can get anywhere. Heck even pigeons are bigger. And if that wasn’t bad enough they took the only thing you could actually get a good value on the tenders and now they are original recipe only ! No more extra crispy tenders. What kind of sane business person makes these decisions? The smallest pieces of chicken of any of the chains but charge the highest prices, and now the one thing you can actually get a deal on they ruin. I am not saying nobody likes original recipe but here in the south they order extra crispy. They have all but closed down the dine in. You can not even get a napkin in the lobby. Save yourself some money and taste buds and look for a church serving dinner or anywhere else besides kfc

Food was good,service was friendly and timely. The only issue was they didn't have enough chicken for the order we placed. We would have had to of waited 22 minutes if we wanted what was supposed to actually go with our order. We didn't have the time to wait, so we got thighs and wings rather than breasts and legs that were supposed to be in the bucket. Not a big deal for me but I guess it would be to some? 4 stars on atmosphere bc we went thru drive thru

I just called 20 minutes in advance as a courtesy while ordering extra chicken legs. The lady that answered the phone told me that if I’ve came there in 15 minutes, she could give me the chicken legs. I went out of my way to go to a store and burn time and went to the place to order my chicken and then she proceeded to tell me that I would have to call 20 minutes in advance to order chicken legs I told her I am the guy you spoke to. I ordered these and at that point she said yeah but you didn’t give me a name or number before you got off the phone so I couldn’t do that for you which is not what she told me originally , she lied and then was very rude. Whenever I was trying to get corrected I already done what she asked me to do. Poor service poor attitudes Not happy.

The food was great! The staff were friendly and helpful, I rate this 4 because it was super cold in the restaurant that day. The fries here are the best always hot and fresh everytime I've ate here.

The past few times I have gotten food from here it has been horrible. Chicken was so dry it was almost like jerky. Mashed potatoes were clumpy and not mixed all the way and Mac and cheese was scorched and dry as well. They did replace one meal but it happened again.
