Stopped here to get breakfast this morning and went inside, huge mistake that will not be made again. I wait and wait for my food by this time the drive thru has been cleared 2 times. Then I get told they can't make my order. Way to go people. Will not be back.

Always nice clean and friendly, food is always hot and tasty.
French Fries were old and cold at 2:30 pm on a Friday. Gave us an orange soda pop rather than the orange hi- c we ordered. I went inside to trade it. Not one employee made eye contact with me. There were no customers inside the lobby. They were not busy. No excuses!!!!

This rating is based solely on the fact that the maintained state of their bathroom was so bad that are setting it simply turned around and walked out. There's is no reason for any commercial restroom to get to a point where there are dried feces on the toilet seat. Among other things, that was disgusting.

On multiple occasions I’ve been handed uncooked food. My most recent stop, I heard the staff state customers will complain about left out items using profanity. Then left out items in my order.

August 7, 2024, I picked up breakfast for the place I work. The order consisted of a variety of breakfast items. The service is placing the order prior to picking in up was easy and the morning I picked it up the manager on duty was outstanding. She got my order quickly and helped carry it to the vehicle because I had 3 bags. My co-workers were well pleased with the food. Great Job McDonalds of Wise.
