My husband and I decided to give this place a try while out enjoying our 4 yr wedding anniversary. They had some wonderful sweet wines to choose from, and we purchased a few bottles to bring home with us . Glad we decided to stop in.
I love wine so when the husband said we are going to visit his family, I was on a mission to find a winery in the area!Well .. nestled between the mountains i discovered Mountainrose Vineyard ? It's one of the 3 South-Virginia wineries!Indoors they have a large area with tables and goodies, you can get cheeses n crackers n meats to snack on while tasting! Outside there is a front n back area, we sat outback n enjoyed the mountain breeze!Check out my photos n definitely stop...
Great environment and amazing wine, can't ask for anything better!! Opie was amazing! She let our 2 year old daughter play on the paino, while my husband and I sipped our delicious wine, and she absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back!
