They messed up mine an my fiance food his chopped steak was smothered in onions peppers an mushrooms an I ordered country fried steak with white gravy an I received it with mushroom gravy the wait just for drinks an rolls was 20 mins food was 15 mins we will not be back

It was nothing to write home about, but it's always been pretty consistent every time I've eaten there. The lunch menu is limited, bit that helps to get in, get fed, and get gone when you're on the clock to get back to work.Never disappointed with Reno's of Wise.

Good food. Affordable. The steak strips with mushrooms and onions was a good deal for what you get. If you want some Au jus sauce with your steak just ask and it's free too.The atmosphere inside is too dark and appetizers are too expensive. Just go for the main course.

My first time dining at Reno’s in several years.The lights are dimmed and the place is very romantic and cozy.The Ribeyes were so huge(15?)I have most of my dinner left over in the fridge.The rolls were as good or better than Texas Road house rolls. TR butter with the cinnamon is tastier than Reno’s plain butter(corrective criticism-flavor up the butter. I almost filled up on those luscious rolls. I’ll probably warm one up and eat before I go to bed!The salad was superb and the vinaigrette was divine! The adult beverages were chilled to perfection and very satisfying to the taste.The waitress was very nice. She over heard us talking about it being my birthday and surprised us with something similar to a hot fudge cake.My entire experience from the walk in was excellent!I’d give this place 6 or 7 stars, if possible!Please go to Reno’s-where the dine is so fine! The prices were great, too!I’ll be back in the near future.God bless us all!❤️?✌️PS-as I was posting the photos, I saw those amazing baked beans-spiced up to perfection! Our waitress was not very attentive forgot items several times? Insisted on handing hot items near the small child. Table was full of dishes and empty cups that she didn’t take away. Restaurant floor was filthy, food and trash all over. Steak cook was not on game today. Sent out a blue steak 2 times instead of medium rare sent out my porterhouse overcooked. Was our first visit and probably our last.

I went to the ladies restroom. That was the most horrifying, nastiest restrooms I have ever walked in. You could smell the urine outside the door. It had not been clean in months. The food was nothing like it use to be. You need to clean the place up.

Sat down at the bar. Two bartenders, not very busy. No one noticed I was there because they were in deep conversations with regulars. 8 minutes later, i get a menu from the male bartender that is still talking to the regulars. No hello, no drink. 4 minutes later the female bartender puts my menu away and never stops her conversation with the regulars, never acknowledges my presence. Still no one has said hello or taken my order for at least a drink. I finally start staring at the male bartender to get his attention. Female bartender walks up and asks if I'm in a bad mood. That's how i was greeted. No hello. Still no drink order. She put my menu away and never asked me if I would like to order anything. Like hello.

The food was as good as it always is; tasty and well prepared. However the service was absolutely terrible. Our hostess only visited us once after being served and asked, "Y'all ready for your bill?" My girlfriend decided to leave a $5 tip which I felt was way too much as I'm the type that believes tips are STILL a reward for good service and not a supplement to someone's pay.Next time I might just bring a $1 lottery ticket as a tip if the service is that bad again!
The food was so nasty I couldn't even eat it me and my mom got the same thing as mashed Potatos and both Taste way different one was like cheesy and other one taste like boxe kind and my steak was Burn without any type of seasoning it was so nasty I couldn't eat it my mom steak was nasty she couldn't really eat it and she found plastic in her food
