My boyfriend and I went get a Starbucks 15 minutes before they close and the worker was very rude. She acted as if it was a chore to take my order and seemed like she was mad the whole time. My boyfriend had points to redeem so we told the lady. She blew when we told her and she started to cancel the card transaction but was hitting the buttons very aggressively like she was irritated with us even telling her. I know we came a little late but they still have to do their job at the end of the day.

They Always remember that my hubby wants fresh hot coffee. They also always make my mocha latte perfect. I can’t say that about the other Starbucks. They all deserve a praise and a raise. Love ya

Went in at 8:30pm and said they were closed when hours say 9pm. Seems like a really good way to operate.
