This was hands-down the best Taco Bell experience I’ve had in years. My family stopped here during a road trip, and from the moment we walked in, everything was spot on. The restaurant was impressively clean — including the bathrooms, which is always a good sign. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond. This taco bell is normally better than Nortons but today was awful. The first time I got my food cold and not even heated up to melt the cheese and not that much chicken so I normally give the food a five star but today I would say a three star due to the food not being like it normally is. Today they are low staff but other than the experience I had today I give this taco bell a full five stars.! Hopefully they will resolve this issue and it be like a five star all the time !
