Was a terrible experience. Me my hubby and my mother had came to dine in at this location well when we walked in someone looked straight at me and walked away didn't tell anyone we was up there to take our order. all the employees was standing over near drive thru chatting about another employee about how he liked to run his mouth. i finally leaned over the counter and yelled to get someones attention. they finally came and took our order we paid and went to sit down and listen for our name to be called. you could hear the employee talking still. cussing and everything and bad mouthing the other employee. we heard our name to be called and when I went up to get my food the women looked at me and said I owe you a fry and I will bring them out to you. I agreed and took our food to the table well my husband food was hot but mine and my moms burger we cold to the touch and the fries we did have was cold awful tasted like they had been there for a while. So i took the food back up. I had to lean over the counter again for someone to come help me. they was sitting back there talking and the girl was wanting the boys to rate her of how annoying she was on a scale from 1 to 10. I went back to my seat and waited for another 15 mins or so there was people that came in about 5 mins after us and was already order and sitting with there food so I went back up to ask where our food was and they had gave it out to those people that sat down all because they was worried about a personal problem at work and worried about cussing and all had to get the manager to give me a refund so that i could go somewhere else to eat. will never be back again

The hamburger was dried out so bad that I only ate the center portion. Next time going to ask for it to be made FRESH like Dave said.

Went for breakfast, and the service was horrible, they messed up the entire order. The soda was flat and when I asked if they could change the drink, she said sure but it will taste the same it comes from the same place as she rolled her eyes at me. My bacon egg and cheese had no cheese and was not eatable. Absolutely horrible food and service. $30 put in the trash! Do better Wendy's!!
Me and boyfriend went here today 09/04/25 and the cashier named Christian was rude to my boyfriend because he had to make iced coffee and gave us attitude the entire time and said it took the longest to make. I’m a food service manager and I understand that sometimes it can be a hassle but we were the only people upfront when this happened. I think extremely rude and unprofessional. When he handed my boyfriend the coffee he smirked oddly and said “I hope you enjoy, I made especially for you” which we both found very odd and concerning so he didn’t drink it.
