This little DQ is very clean and the customer service is always great. It's attached to a gas station so you can walk right right through the service station into the DQ. It's right off the I-95 South Thornburg exit.

The place was sparking when I walked in it looked so clean! The deaf girl at the counter was very polite with a smile on her face, really knows what she’s doing. I told her I had a peanut allergy and she instantly started recommending me ice cream I could get that would be safe for me to eat. Very impressive! Though I was a little disappointed I couldn’t get the blizzard I wanted she made a great recommendation! Thank you for keeping employees knowledgeable about allergies! And thank you Alyson my brownie oreo cupfection was delicious! Nicest and Cleanest DQ ever!

Food cold French fries cold hamburger When in the trash, the hamburger looks so bad that the cheese had not even melted, it was just like you took a slice of cheese out of the ice box and put it on the hamburger not going back

Went by to pick up dinner it was about an hour before closing. I could tell the cashier wasn't very happy about a big order that late and I made a comment about how I was sure they disliked someone like me coming that late She just couldn't give me a weird look and walked away and didn't say anything else when she got my blizzard she didn't even open the window She just looked at me and turned the cuff upside down like they're supposed to but I guess she did it a few times because I didn't know she was at the window because she didn't open it and then a little while later she brought me my food and didn't even wish me a good night or thank you or anything. Normally the individuals that wait on me there are friendly and nice I guess this one was having a bad night The food was okay The burgers were a bit dried out I actually couldn't finish because the edges were so dried out and hard two pieces of the chicken from the six piece chicken basket were so hard I couldn't eat them they hurt my teeth The fries were cold The bread the toasted bread that comes with the chicken basket was old dried out hard the fries were limp I didn't even eat them after I took one look at them I guess my son's flamethrowers were okay he didn't complain too much but I don't think we'll be going back there for a while

This place every time I walk in is the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen. All the staff are amazing on both day and night that I’ve walked in and are always so kind and knowledgeable! The food is always hot and the service blows my mind! They got the best Blizzards in town! I’ve never had any bad service with them they are the absolute best I’ve ever seen! Beats every other DQ I’ve been to in Virginia! This managers know how to pick good staff! Great job! Keep up the amazing work DQ! I’d give 100 stars if I could!

How does this DQ only have 4 stars?! That isn’t NEARLY enough for how great this place is! I’ve been coming when I’m in the area for business for 3 years now! I travel all over Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia for business and this is my top DQ if I get stationed in this State! I can’t stop recommending this place to my friends and business colleagues! The managers always make sure the food is made right and is hot and fresh for the customers and the service I get from all of them is amazing! Give these managers a raise cause it is not easy! Especially managing fast food restaurants is not as easy as it looks! Recently I noticed the front counter girl started wearing hearing aids, I hadn’t seen her wear them before now which tells me that when she needed them this place didn’t push her aside and shove her in the back or even fire her like I’ve seen too many places do and kept her with customer interaction where she’s the absolute best shows me right there that this place cares about their employees and never gives up on them! I have friends back home who are deaf and when I told them they were just as overjoyed as like me, they’ve seen too often people like her get shoved in the back away from any social interaction to “save face” and keep so called “people who are more able to to the job” in the front line, 99% the time I’ve seen that happen those so called people can’t do their job right and don’t wanna be there. Not her, her service has always been pleasant, she knows this place inside and out and always has an answer to every question I’ve ever had. She’s never given me any bad service and she really opens up when we get to talking about Tennessee! I grew up there and the things she says about when she used to visit her grandparents there brings me back to my childhood! I commend whoever hired her for keeping her around she’s amazing! All those Servsafe certificates on the counter they keep the spoons on gives me peace that the managers know what they’re doing when it comes to food safety!
