The times i was able to get service it was pleasant. But a lot of times they are closed. Today it was 3:30 and she couldn't help me because they were closing at 4. ??

We were passing through on the way to Gatlinburg for vacation. An incident on 81 detoured us and we decided to stop and have some drinks and ice cream. The staff here (especially Bruce, the cashier!) were super friendly and very pleasant to deal with. Was nice talking with you Bruce. Thanks for making our vacation even better! The ice cream was tasty and just what we hoped for to enjoy a quick snack and a brief break from the road. Thank you!

Love the Italian restaurant next door. I've asked for peanut butter and chocolate for years. Stop by couple x a month. It's never in the selection. Clean, friendly and goofballs.
