Claimed to be open 24 hours!!! Was closed when I got there at 8pm!!! Had to go somewhere else for ice cream. Very disappointed.

The times i was able to get service it was pleasant. But a lot of times they are closed. Today it was 3:30 and she couldn't help me because they were closing at 4. ??

Rudest people! Horrible customer service! When I went through the drive-through, and they were closed (though the sign said they were open), no one let us in line know. There were workers inside and when we drove up to the window to find out what was going on, the workers just stared at us and said nothing. Another time, my group went to get ice cream inside the store. The sign said open and nothing was posted about the dining room being closed. But when we tried to open the doors to go in, they were locked. The lights were on as if the place was open and the two workers there, once again, just stared at us. Did not explain anything. Just stared and then went back to whatever they were doing. We even tried to ask if they were open through the glass. No response. Awful. Do NOT go here.

Stopped here on our way to our resort in Baseye. My wife was looking for a DQ but closest 30 miles away. She first wanted a banana split - but they had no bananas. Then she asked for a triple scoop but the girl couldn't find any large ice cream cups. So she wound up getting 3 scoops in a smoothie cup. I asked for a vanilla malted milkshake. Hmmm no malt. So had a single scoop of Snickers ice cream. Friendly and close to I-81 but obviously they have issues.

This is a little gem in a little town. The staff was very nice, the ice cream was delicious, and the prices were great.

We were passing through on the way to Gatlinburg for vacation. An incident on 81 detoured us and we decided to stop and have some drinks and ice cream. The staff here (especially Bruce, the cashier!) were super friendly and very pleasant to deal with. Was nice talking with you Bruce. Thanks for making our vacation even better! The ice cream was tasty and just what we hoped for to enjoy a quick snack and a brief break from the road. Thank you!

Love the Italian restaurant next door. I've asked for peanut butter and chocolate for years. Stop by couple x a month. It's never in the selection. Clean, friendly and goofballs.
