This was my first visit to this location. The employee (Sam) was an absolute delight. She directed me towards the coffee and explained where the sugar, creamers, and lids were located. Sam is a breath of fresh air. You can tell she really likes her job.

As others have mentioned, this is not an actual Dunkin Donuts. It has doughnuts and a menu with Dunkin items within a convenience store.
They need to close this dunkin express or bring people who know how to make drinks. Too many inconsistencies and no knowledge of making new drinks. On top of that you can't order online or use any rewards there. The donuts aren't behind glass or anything so they're exposed to anything that flies in through the doors. They also don't stay fresh.

Got an iced coffee instead of an iced latte...how do I know this you might wonder..well it tastes exactly like an iced coffee from EVERY OTHER ACTUAL DUNKIN within a 45 mile radius. LOL this is NOT an actual Dunkin and MOST (not all) of the employees are rude and/or don't know what they're doing.
