My lower review was over 3 years ago. I have completely changed my view since then. All I could say is that the service is now fast and friendly and of course the chicken is always delicious.
This KFC on Reservoir Rd in Woodstock Va, is the worst one I’ve ever been to but hey if you want to wait up to 40 minutes like we did even after ordering online and arriving a few minutes early before the pick up time given after payment confirmation, ( we waited in the drive thru for 39 minutes ) and then be rudely treated as if it was our fault for the extreme slow service by the young woman at the pick up window like we were, we’ll then go for it.

The food is always hot and fresh and the restaurant is very clean! Very friendly staff and the owner is awesome!. I’ve been here many times and have never had any problems! Best KFC in VA!!

I have to say I'm quite impressed with KFC. I don't know I was upset because the messed up my order I was sick and live 45 min away. I was after speaking to the manager she told me come in and they will replace my meal. I will I will say they replaced my meal and went the extra mile to give me fresh chicken tenders. I have a thank you for the great service! I will come back again

I just left there about 40 minutes ago. I ordered 2 big box meals. One was missing a side and both were missing the biscuits. No biggie. Things happen, I get it. I drive around and wait in the line again ( it was raining pretty hard), and get to the window. I politely explain that I’m missing some items. This girl just looked at me, said NOTHING….no “ oh, I’m so sorry”, or “hey, let me fix that for you”….not one word. She returns with the fries and biscuits in a bag, and says “ here”. I thanked her, looked in the bag, and caught her rolling her eyes at me as she closed the window. Honestly, if I were the manager of this place, I would want to know what’s going on. None of the food was hot….barely warm. I get that some days are hard, but to have absolutely no desire or make no effort to do a decent job at your place of employment is sad, and this family of 6 will not be patronizing this particular KFC any time soon. There are PLENTY of other fast food places to spend our money. Hopefully someone in charge can address this problem. Every visit here has had a similar outcome. Too bad.

We waited in line for about 15 minutes. Staff members looked right at us walked away from us. Very slow service kept going to the back and sitting on their phones while having a big line. The manager on duty was sitting on her phone inside the office and didn’t help at all! Would not recommend this place.
