Myself, my daughter and my mom stopped by for a late lunch today, as soon as we entered the restaurant we were greated by the staff who were beyond friendly and talkative. I commented several times how I was impressed with the friendliness they all showed. The restaurant was clean in all areas. I’m greatly impressed & will go out of my way to stop when I’m in the area. Great job!!!

I went here on a trip to visit my family with my mom the service was good when they finally gave us our order they missed some stuff they gave us a free coke but when we left we realized they didn't give us a biscuit and the sauces we ordered but it was fine chicken tenders were warm I was gonna give a bad review because they messed up are order but when I eat the mashed potato's and gravy it made my day it made me realize it's not about the food it's about spending time with family and me and my mom had a good time.

On a road trip with the family from NY, stopped in at this location for some lunch - and we're immediately greeted by Renee with a huge smile and very willing to help us out ! I've been to many fast food establishment and never received such great customer service/ treatment by employees! Overall the staff at this location were very friendly and polite and the food was yummy !! Thank you Renee and the rest of the staff! You made us feel welcome and we left smiling 😀😀

Wendy's chicken sandwich is dead. For less than the price of a regular chicken sandwich at Wendy's you can get a juicy chicken sandwich, fries, drink, AND chicken nuggets that looks and tastes like chicken!! Go here enough and the staff will start calling you by your first name. This is the only major fastfood restaurant chain I will eat at anymore next to Chick-fil-A. Stop getting ripped off by McDonald's and Wendy's and treat yourself to something better. Your wallet and heart will thank you.

The problem with fast food is they're hiring a lot of kids who don't know how to follow instructions so of course they're going to get your order wrong in about 20 yrs fast food won't exist..

The service here is terrible. They are not nice or helpful. Waited forever for an order and this employee named Carl yelled at a child for picking up the wrong order that was something we ordered. Our whole party ate except 2 people and the workers didn’t seem to care or even apologize for their mistake. Anna told me the order got bumped off the queue but she didn’t do it and couldn’t tell me who did it. Wouldn’t apologize to customer for yelling at them!!!! Very rude!!! Would not eat here again!!!!!
Been to every KFC within a 50 mile radius this is by far the best kept KFC with a great staff the folks that were on shift on 2/19/25 were welcoming and friendly

They made me wait a few minutes in the drive thru which is fine except that when they finally gave me my order they completely messed it up. I would at least like a refund because the food I received most definitely was less then what I paid for. The lady kept asking if such and such was my order, I said no, no. Then she asks my name/order/asks if it was an online order. I tell her the info and she looks confused like she doesn't see the order. Then 5 seconds later someone else hands me a bag that has my correct name/receipt and order but when I leave and open my bag everything in it looks tossed in and it is completely wrong. Nothing I ordered or wanted. I would like a refund at the very least since it wasn't anything I wanted.

My lower review was over 3 years ago. I have completely changed my view since then. All I could say is that the service is now fast and friendly and of course the chicken is always delicious.
This KFC on Reservoir Rd in Woodstock Va, is the worst one I’ve ever been to but hey if you want to wait up to 40 minutes like we did even after ordering online and arriving a few minutes early before the pick up time given after payment confirmation, ( we waited in the drive thru for 39 minutes ) and then be rudely treated as if it was our fault for the extreme slow service by the young woman at the pick up window like we were, we’ll then go for it.
