I stop at this KFC whenever I am on assignment. I am a writer for an independent publication. If our material focused on Customer Service, this place would be published as the example to follow in fast food! I was immediately greeted by the manager with a big smile and a warm welcome, she was in the middle of cleaning which is rare to see these days but instantly dropped what she was doing to attend to me! After informing her that I was going to look at the menu for just a minute she politely said take as much time as you need and if I can make any suggestion’s let me know. As the phone rang, she excused herself and stepped away for just one moment and immediately another staff member stepped into her place to wait to make sure that if I needed assistance, they were there in her place. It was clear that this group takes their customer service very seriously and no matter what makes sure service is first! The lady that stepped into her spot was just as friendly and before I ordered both of them were there together, making me feel extremely important.The food was excellent, service impeccable, and just want to say how refreshing it is to see people with one of the most difficult jobs , do it with so much passion and professionalism! I was on a long road trip from Florida to Pennsylvania. I stopped into KFC In a tired and bad mood. A young lady named Annabelle took my order and made me laugh. The whole staff was kind and a very organized team. The restaurant was spotless and the food was incredible. I have not had KFC in a long time. I would go out of my way to visit that store again. Myself, my daughter and my mom stopped by for a late lunch today, as soon as we entered the restaurant we were greated by the staff who were beyond friendly and talkative. I commented several times how I was impressed with the friendliness they all showed. The restaurant was clean in all areas. I’m greatly impressed & will go out of my way to stop when I’m in the area. Great job!!!

I went here on a trip to visit my family with my mom the service was good when they finally gave us our order they missed some stuff they gave us a free coke but when we left we realized they didn't give us a biscuit and the sauces we ordered but it was fine chicken tenders were warm I was gonna give a bad review because they messed up are order but when I eat the mashed potato's and gravy it made my day it made me realize it's not about the food it's about spending time with family and me and my mom had a good time.

On a road trip with the family from NY, stopped in at this location for some lunch - and we're immediately greeted by Renee with a huge smile and very willing to help us out ! I've been to many fast food establishment and never received such great customer service/ treatment by employees! Overall the staff at this location were very friendly and polite and the food was yummy !! Thank you Renee and the rest of the staff! You made us feel welcome and we left smiling 😀😀
Wendy's chicken sandwich is dead. For less than the price of a regular chicken sandwich at Wendy's you can get a juicy chicken sandwich, fries, drink, AND chicken nuggets that looks and tastes like chicken!! Go here enough and the staff will start calling you by your first name. This is the only major fastfood restaurant chain I will eat at anymore next to Chick-fil-A. Stop getting ripped off by McDonald's and Wendy's and treat yourself to something better. Your wallet and heart will thank you.

The problem with fast food is they're hiring a lot of kids who don't know how to follow instructions so of course they're going to get your order wrong in about 20 yrs fast food won't exist..

The service here is terrible. They are not nice or helpful. Waited forever for an order and this employee named Carl yelled at a child for picking up the wrong order that was something we ordered. Our whole party ate except 2 people and the workers didn’t seem to care or even apologize for their mistake. Anna told me the order got bumped off the queue but she didn’t do it and couldn’t tell me who did it. Wouldn’t apologize to customer for yelling at them!!!! Very rude!!! Would not eat here again!!!!!
