We always enjoy our dinners at Las Trancas. They have the best Mexican food in the area around Woodstock. And the service is always good.

I wish I could give This restaurant a better review but is not possible because the food was not that good is missing that authentic Mexican flavor the restaurant itself is big but needs a make over our waitress was nice but interesting she was the only white American service person while everyone else were Latinos and our family is Latino but whatever it wasn't that good.

We came here for a special birthday and could hear the server tell the hostess she didn't want our table but the hostess sat it anyway. We barely saw our server the entire time. She let all of our drinks run out and could not be found when it was time to pay. As far as we could tell she only had one other table. Two out of the 5 meals were served on plates with big chunks 1" or so of the plate missing...hope the pieces weren't in our food. When we asked for to go boxes they all had a hole melted through them. Needless to say we didn't take our food home, at that point it just wasn't worth it. Shame because the food wasn't bad.
