I work food service, so I give tons of room for error etc, as I understand the work can sometimes be a lot, stressful etc. but I have came here multiple times, and every time I leave disappointed. Today, I walked in and was stared blankly at until she finally asked if she could help me, then I got a sandwich, with onions that were just about stretchy because of how old they were, which I had to take off my sandwich because I just couldn’t eat it. Then had to go get olives from the Dollar Tree to put in my sandwich since they didn’t have any. Every time I’ve ever visited, there’s either been extremely high workers that can’t put a sandwich together correctly, or missing/extremely old products. After a few times of saying I will never be returning to this location again, I think today is the final straw. Management needs to change altogether.

Yummy subs, order from here quite often. Great value for the price. Place is kept clean overall but have never used their bathroom. Staff is meh but no complaints to what they make. Would and do return here to eat.

Had a nice lunch experience here. My meatball sub was delicious, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Easy accessibility and plenty of parking. Not far from I-81. The only problem was the bathroom was disgustingly dirty.

Served by two of the finest sandwich artists subway has to claim, our sandwiches were delectable with the perfect ratio of all items. We could tell the artists cared for the quality of sandwiches that they produced. Didn’t catch their names, but they were kind enough to have a longlasting effect on us. We were served by a girl with a food-safe — and very stylish — bun, and a guy with a fire chain. We were there July 20th around 7pm. I hope these two get a raise or at least a bonus for this caliber of labor. You have made five girls week. Thank you Woodstock Subway!

When you walk in to no one and two employees come out 2 minutes later… then you go to the bathroom after an employee and there is piss on the toilet seat and he must have been shaving pubic hair in sink. Gross and just skip this one all together and try the next exit.

This was the worst subway we have ever been to. The lady that made our subs didn’t know what went on them and she was not friendly at all. They had very few toppings and the lettuce was brown. We took our subs to go and when we opened them, the bread was dry and brown. It couldn’t have been baked that day. Needless to say we will not be going back.

The cheese wasn't even melted at all. I will NOT spend that kind of money again for a pile of slop like I got tonight.

My husband works for Door Dash. Yesterday April 23rd, 2023 he went to pick up an order for a customer. First they didn't have the bread the customer wanted so they decided to get White instead. My husband told the girl to make both sandwiches with white instead. After 15 minutes they still had not made the order. The young girl behind the counter looked at my husband and said I told you we don't have the bread you want. My husband said I told you to use white and she got sarcastic with him. Also the workers call the manager crack head. My husband said you can tell he his always high. This subway needs all new managers. They are always out of stuff. Once my husband had an order and they wanted pepper Jack cheese. They were out so the manager took american cheese and rubbed jalapeños over the cheese. The workers goof around and they will set on the counters talking. My husband has wanted 10 to 15 minutes sometimes longer for an order. They are lazy and no one knows how to order the stuff they need. My husband has told Door Dash he will not take orders for there again.Please get someone in there that knows what they are doing. I could do a better job then those kids could. They need to learn some respect and work ethics.
