Came in a few days ago to order food and it was all over the place, one manager I believe named Amanda was twacked out yelling at the other workers for her mistakes being high as Jupiter. My food came out okay but the attitude and disrespect from this manager made my experience horrible. I can tell she was stressing out the employees too with her poor work ethic and lack of communication. Overall I do not recommend eating here if you’re looking for friendly reliable service, especially from this Amanda lady! The managers are horrible and I could see multiple counts of disrespect being dished out to the employees which I was not happy about and nor were the employees. Blatant disrespect and disregard for anything but themselves which is disgusting
This Taco Bell can never get an order right. I haven’t ordered from here in about 5 months because every time I do, they forget something. My husband wanted Taco Bell tonight, so I ordered on the app and spent $27.44. When he got home, they had forgotten the 12 pack of Cinnabons ($6.99.) By the time my husband gets home from going back to get these, our food will be 45 minutes old. Last time, they forgot my breakfast Crunch Wrap ($4.29 + guac which is extra) I didn’t go get it because I was at work and couldn’t leave. I’ve wasted time and extra money on this restaurant just from their mistakes. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back.

I quickly remembered why I haven’t used Taco Bell in quite sometime. 1st of all it took a little over 10 minutes to get to the drive thru order board with 1 car at the menu board and 1 in front of us. B4 long there was a bunch of cars behind us when there was none for several minutes when we pulled up. 2nd, I ordered a simple burrito supreme and I can’t believe how bad the quality of Taco Bells food has gotten. My burrito had no meat (ground beef) in it that I could see or taste but had plenty of some kind of bean sauce mixture a very little bit of lettuce and some diced tomato thrown in for good measure I’m guessing. I think there was some kind of gooey cheese sauce added as well and all in a smallish burrito about 5 inches long and about 2 inches wide…..maybe. I have no clue why Taco Bell stopped making the burrito supreme the way they started them out as but I’m done for good with Taco Bell. My friend ordered a nacho bell grande with a side of guacamole and was very pleased, so there’s that. $15 for what used to cost about $5. Nope I’m not going to be part of this inflation nonsense anymore especially for a product that has just gone down in quality and value for the serving size…….done with TB.
