I ordered my food of 4 hard tacos, and 2 soft tacos, and it took me 30 MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD! I ordered and there was 3 orders before me but people who ordered 10 minutes AFTER ME got their food within 5 minutes. Most terrible place to go if your in a hurry. Plus my tacos were cold and soggy and stuck to the paper when I got them... My other friends took EVEN LONGER!!! Like I understand working in a fast food resteraunt can be hard but it does NOT take that long to make a little bit. .

So Saturday 11/3/23 I went to taco bell with my mom,sister,and godmother and the food was 5 stars but the server was really rude to my godmother, and the sever gave us a drink carrier without asking us if we wanted one and my godmother said aren’t you supposed to ask if we want one? And the server said Just take it lady and my godmother said did she just get rude with me and the server said well were very short staff today and thats not my godmothers problem so manager if your reading this please get nicer employees.

Taco bell is not somewhere I will eat. But, I have a grandbaby that somewhat likes it. So I go.Taco shells are always stale, nothing makes a taco NASTY unless you have a stale taco shell!
We go thru the drive thru. That little girl Kaitlyn is such a sweet girl, she always gets everything right. Everyone seems friendly there and the dogs had always been good. Thank
