I'm not one for posting reviews but i have to for our visit to 3 Amigos. My wife and I have been eating at this restaurant occasionally since they opened. We have generally been satisfied until yesterday. Upon entering the establishment for lunch we had to search for someone to seat us. All downhill from there. Service was bad. The cheese dip was milky, it was weird. When we were close to finishing our meal we found a long hair in the salsa. Discusting! When we went to pay our bill we had to search out someone to pay. To add insult, last night I had all the symptoms of food poisoning and it was bad. This was the only food I ate yesterday so I have no doubt it was the cause. Never again will we eat here.

I'm sharing the fact that I became ill within a half hour after eating at this location. Symptoms are those of food poisoning or bacteria ;Sour stomach, diarrhea, and vomiting. Most likely, the cream based sauces like sour cream or the white dipping sauce was left out of the cooler in the restaurant's kitchen for too long. Managment, please pay attention to this, it may not affect everyone, but some do become very sick for a day or longer. Thank you.

I tried this place for the first time I dined in on my own and I was escorted to the back corner of the restaurant for my table which worried me and my worries came true I was put there and forgot about the waitress didn’t check up on me until I got my food, someone else sat in the same section, and when it was time to give me my check which in between each time I finished my drink before she got to me. I’m only giving it 2 stars because the food was good but I won’t be coming back. Hands down the second worse service I’ve ever experienced. If you planning on trying this place don’t do it alone or plan to be sat in the same dark corner I was put in unless someone is already there!!!!

THE best Mexican on route 17 in Yorktown. Strong margaritas, fresh food and great service. We have found our Mexican restaurant!

The service was disappointing. We waited at the entrance for a few minutes even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The food was just average. My friend and I both got different fajitas, but they looked and tasted exactly the same. The cheesecake chimichanga was still frozen in the middle, but we were told that's how it's supposed to be.

Have been coming to this place since it opened. Never had a bad experience. Watch out for the Texas Margarita, one is enough.

Usually the food and service is good here. Not this time. The burrito I ordered was doughy and cold when it arrived. Also, the chimichanga wss suppose to be fried, but still wasn't crunchy and the service was horrible. The waitress never came back to check on us after we got our meal and I had to ask for silverware 3 times. When we got thr. Ilk, we realized that her tip was already included! We complained and will never return. There are too many other great restaurants here for us to put up with that.
Try the pollo tropical
We decided after visiting some historical nearby we wanted mexican for lunch. Being from out of town we found this place and decided to try it. We got there as they opened (1 family in front of us) got seated quickly, and from there, it all went downhill. We had to say our drink orders twice, and it still was wrong. (We ordered soda and ice tea...didn't know what Mt Dew was) When we finally (took a while for her to come) ordered our food we had to point to it on the menu, give the name and number (most of us repeated it twice) When our food came several of us got the wrong items. We asked for a manager, to which she just stood there. Finally, she got him. We explained to him that the food was not what we ordered. He got the correct order after explaining what we wanted and what we got. Once we got the correct food, it tasted awful. Those of us who got beef tacos the meat had no flavor and some was not even cooked. Next time we visit the area, this will not be the mexican restaurant we visit.
