Arby's

This store is BS!!! Two slices of turkey meat on a $8.50 sandwich we bought 3 of them and they were all the same. This is consistent with the last three visits here. I will drive further to get our favorite sandwiches. Tried of giving feedback and no changes have been made.

I submitted a review for the NN Arby’s on Oriana and feel like should also review this location. Food is consistently hot and so are the fries 🍟! 🙂 If you’re feeling like Arby’s avoid the one on Oriana and drive here instead. Always friendly and even if you wait it’s not as long as the one Oriana. And yes, I have timed my wait times because I think fast food should be fast.

Eating for two was a fairly reasonable price. The chicken patties are smaller than they used to be, but the food came out hot and the older lady taking my order was awesome!

My family travels 25 each way just to have lunch at this Arby’s . The lady’s are so nice and food is so fantastic at every visit . Store is clean and orderly. Food is 100% on point , always fresh, always hot always fast . We haven’t had a bad meal at this location ever . We will be visiting this location over and over again . Such a great crew, we love this location.

This was a very unique Arby's. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The care and attention with which my order was taken and the inside of the restaurant was kept was well beyond my expectations. The food was hot and fresh too. I recommend coming inside to eat, you will be pleasantly surprised!

I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich meal at the drive thru. It wasn't until I arrived at my location that i noticed that my order was wrong. I received a grilled cold chicken sandwich with an overabundance of mayonnaise & wilted lettuce. In addition, my curly fries barely filled the container. The only thing that was correct was the cold bottled water. I barely chocked down the disgusting sandwich & 5 fries. I had a severe stomach ache for 2 hours. Lastly, after placing my order, I was in line for nearly 15 minutes. Customer service has yet to get back to me.

Do not go to this Arby’s. It is privately owned and does not accept coupons. The employees were very nice, but that is stupid of the owner to do not accept coupons.
Especially with today’s economy. So whoever reads this, do not go there to eat go to the Albies on the corner of Denbigh Boulevard in Newport news. They accept coupons and they’re employees are very friendly.
So again, if you reading this, do not go there because the owner does not accept coupons I guess he’s making enough money on those who don’t need coupons.

the Arby's in Yorktown won't honor Arbys coupons. So we went next door to Wendy's.

FYI This Arby's said they don't accept paper coupons because they are privately owned - This was May 2025. I was really looking forward to using the coupon but will not be going here because of their policy.

Ordered 3 chicken cordon bleu sandwiches and fries to go from inside. Service inside was great but...once I got home and opened the sandwiches, there was paper(maybe from the wrapping?) stuck ALL around the sandwiches and the ham/cheese was rubbery. I called the store, spoke with 2 different female managers who talked to me like nothing was wrong with what I was looking at. I've worked management in fast food before and both these managers treated me like I was ignorant and I was the one in the wrong. I frequent this Arby's regularly but not anymore! Had to throw the sandwiches away because we just weren't eating this rubbery mess with melted paper all over it!
