FYI This Arby's said they don't accept paper coupons because they are privately owned - This was May 2025. I was really looking forward to using the coupon but will not be going here because of their policy.
Ordered 3 chicken cordon bleu sandwiches and fries to go from inside. Service inside was great but...once I got home and opened the sandwiches, there was paper(maybe from the wrapping?) stuck ALL around the sandwiches and the ham/cheese was rubbery. I called the store, spoke with 2 different female managers who talked to me like nothing was wrong with what I was looking at. I've worked management in fast food before and both these managers treated me like I was ignorant and I was the one in the wrong. I frequent this Arby's regularly but not anymore! Had to throw the sandwiches away because we just weren't eating this rubbery mess with melted paper all over it!

We had coupons from the local paper that we intended to use to purchase our meals. Unfortunately, we were told we do not accept paper coupons. So why have coupons in the local paper if you don't accept them? This is very frustrating.

This Arby's can't seem to get door dash right. Also the food is always cold. They always forget an item but give you the sides and sauces for the item they forgot.

Service always prompt. Food always prepared properly, placed in the pickup area in a timely manner with napkins, straws, sauces, etc. Impressive how consistent they are compared to most competing chains in the area.
Food is good and was ready when I got there, but I made mistake of trusting they would have the order correct and not checking the bag. I never opened it until I got home and only then realized they only put a couple of horsey sauce packs instead of 8. Also they were all supposed to be Beef n Cheddar but one was just a regular Roast Beef. I don't understand why it's so hard to read an order correctly
The food was good. Service was okay but not great.

It's fast food but it's not fast but in this spots case that's okay because when you get your food you realize it too some time because they were preparing it as opposed to waiting fifteen minutes for old or cold food so it's fine for fast food if that's your thing.
