This is my 4th visit and it seems like this location hasn't improved much in terms of service and inventory. They opened late and didn't acknowledge the line of people that were waiting. Once opened, nothing was available but cinnamon sugar nuggets. We asked about salted pretzels or nuggets, and we're told they're not available right now. We were not given an ETA or anything. My kids like getting salted nuggets when we shop but again that couldnt happen. If you lookover the opening late issue, not having food available CONSISTENTLY is even worse. Also this was a Sunday, so heavy traffic day at that.

Bought 2 orders of pretzels about a hour ago went to eat some hard as rocks ! Never experienced this before you pay a alot for them...the cashier was very nice..Just disappointed

Highly Recommend!! the guy who works there is super nice & makes sure you get everything that you need, he even made my pretzels fresh for me!! the wait wasn’t long either. i will definitely be back very soon

Poor customer service. Closes 45mins early without warning wont even try to accommodate their customers in anyway.

The gentleman working the stand was wonderful, and his pretzels were yummy! Very soft and buttery!
I am a diehard Auntie Anne’s fan, so I have high standards for any Auntie Anne’s establishment. This location produces the absolute best, most perfect pretzels of any Auntie Anne’s I have ever been to. Always perfectly cooked and salted. I can not recommend this place enough. Makes my day every time I stop by
