We got them to cater at our facility NFI Industries in Suffolk, VA for National Ice cream month celebration for employee appreciation. THEY WERE AWESOME! Their service was amazing with their Ice cream cow truck, respectful, friendly, Ice cream was amazing. This event was to provide ice cream to both our facilities on Enterprise Drive and Kenyon Rd, not even a mile from one another. The Employees at the Kenyon facility was super swapped and couldn't break away, so once Daniel and his team was done with us, they drove over to cater to them! On top of that, they brought in the ice cream to the associates in the warehouse that could not step away! This was fantastic all around! I know I said it a million times, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

As always with tourist places, prices are expensive so watch out if you have a family and tight vacation budget. No room inside when busy, super crowded at times and every time I went in there they didn't have much (Spent a few months in the area). So not much of a selection for an area that sees a lot of people. (Say they have it online, but do not when visiting) So expect long lines, crowded tight inside building, not much to pick from and expensive for what you get. Check out locally owned ice cream shops nearby, get more for your buck and more choices!

Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and typical Ben & Jerry’s flavor offerings. Great spot near the water in historic Yorktown.

The price is ridiculous. $2 upcharge for the sprinkles (see photo). So over $12 for one portion of ice cream. The service staff was unfriendly and rude.

Prices are not reasonable ($12 for a small cup). Sprinkles added was $2 extra. The lady serving ice cream was not friendly at all. We won't come back.

What a ripoff. If you want to go broke for a small scoop of ice cream this is your place. Could get 7 pints of ice cream for what I paid here for less than 1.

On June 14th the young man working there was rude. And the ice cream is outrageously priced. 20.00 two people.

Every beach trip we always cap it off with ice cream from this shop. There were no issues ever until tonight when the air was thick with privilege. I am not certain if it's age, skin color, or social stature, but you won't have a problem getting service if you're a middle-aged white female who has been patronizing the establishment regularly. Long story short, my family and I were waiting in line before said lady. She entered the shop and moved to the right side of the counter and was immediately served. Meanwhile, my two toddlers were anxious for some ice cream, and my wife strongly craved some coffee. But I'm helpless because we just got skipped. I made eye contact with the employee whom I was hoping to inform Mrs. Privilege that she should wait her turn, but disappointingly, he didn't even bat an eye to correct the situation and proceeded to render service. I've been discriminated against before but never with my family present. The kids are too young to notice, so that's something I suppose. Never returning and telling everyone I know to stay away.

Stupid expensive. $2 for each topping, a large was literally the same size as a small and wooden spoons. $41 for 3 ice creams. Save your money and go somewhere else that’s not woke

I went in, to get ice-cream on a day that was 80 plus. Well I was sticker shocked by the price for one scoop of ice-cream. Plan on about 20 dollars a person. That is without any frills. It was 10 dollars for 2 large sodas. The ice-cream has always been expensive. The atmosphere was great and the store was clean considering a large event that was happening for the whole weekend.
Parking: During the summer months parking is a challenge. The off season it is easier to get parking. They do have a parking garage that has handicap parking spaces. The store is handicap accessible.

Staff non-engaged (little to no eye contact), got the order wrong, coffees were lukewarm, all in all an expensive underwhelming experience. We will not be back. In hindsight, we should have supported a local establishment.
