Good chicken always. The Bo Box is the way to go. You can't beat 20 pieces, 4 sides, biscuits, and a gallon of lemonade or tea for 51 bucks

I enjoy going to Bojangles this particular store because of the cashier Linda. I think she's also a manager but she is very friendly and kind and also the food is good when she's there I don't know about any other time of the day. She is there breakfast and maybe lunch. I've only been there for breakfast. She definitely shows a caring attitude about her customer. Thank you Linda.

I ordered two large fries with extra seasoning. I was given two boxes of cold, hard fries (but with extra seasoning). I went back through the window and nicely asked for fresh fries with extra seasoning. The cashier informed me that I would get a smaller amount if I ask to have them remade. I was given two large fries with absolutely zero seasoning.
TL;DR Go somewhere else.

We went through the drive through automated system for breakfast. We kept saying medium and it only recognized large, so we just went with it. One biscuit was missing so we had to pull in the parking lot to go inside. No one acknowledge the mistake and just handed my husband a biscuit. The bag had one napkin and everything we pulled out of the bag crumbs flew everywhere. There were crumbs all inside the bag. That should have been a clue. The biscuits were hard and dry. Last visit to that particular Bojangles. Too expensive to end up throwing away inedible food.

Great food, bad location. If you like paying cash/card, drive-thru is an option. But mobile orders? They make you go inside. Not very on-the-go convenient.

Breakfast was hit or miss. Chicken biscuit was tasty and the blueberry biscuit with frosting was delicious. Grits were too thick to enjoy, the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was overcooked, and the hash browns were good. Overall, inconsistent food, so I wouldn’t return for breakfast

This Cole slaw say use before 5/28. Today is the 31st. The chicken wings were a joke. They were cold small and couldn’t even chew them. The only good thing I had was the napkins. Never again
The food wasn’t ready, the manager couldn’t process the gift card transaction, and then she proceeded to give attitude over being prove. That the gift card had a full balance. They proceeded to give food to the cars behind me after I was waiting for 10 mins. A woman in plain clothes who appeared to know more about the situation was courteous and understanding, but again she was in plain clothes possibly an employee off work that night but in the store. She should be the store manager not the young lady who was on duty 05/29 at 8:20pm. No wonder it gets a 1.4 rating on Yelp. Poorly managed and under motivated staff with low work ethic.
UPDATE: Then to retaliate for this Google Review, they gave food to customers who came after me. They called themselves “teaching me a lesson.” Jokes on them. I recommend that crew be fired. They are unprofessional and unable to do their jobs with any accuracy Starting with the manager. Bojangles you can do much better and if you can’t I recommend raising your pay rates and qualifications. Went up to the Burger King same gift card processed just fine
Whenever I visit my mom she wants to go this place and every time they mess up the order. It never fails - they don't add the right side orders, give us the wrong pieces (always ask for breast pieces) and leave out items. It has really gone downhill for some reason. They need find people who know what they are doing. Tell them to stop smoking weed or whatever drug they're on.

Food is always old you always have a long wait and they never get your order right
Food is always good
I am a North Carolinian who knows his Bojangles, and some might say, a Bojangles connoisseur. I took my family of 7 here while we were on vacation. We went through the drive-thru and were surprised to be talking to an automated system at the drive-thru speaker. After trying to get through it, we gave up for the sake of time after it stopped responding to us and pulled forward to the window. We placed our order there and the lady at the window whom I think is a manager was very pleasant. The wait was a little bit long but not terrible. Once we got back to the house, I was able to evaluate the food. Again, I am a North Carolinian, and I know my Bojangles.
- The biscuit recipe they're using here is not the Bojangles biscuit recipe. It's kind of close, but it's just not the same.
- Portions seem a little smaller for the sides,at least for the macaroni and cheese my kids got.
- My fries unfortunately did not have any seasoning, but my wife's did.
- For some reason, they don't do 3-piece Supremes here. I guess it's a franchise level thing. You have to add a supreme to the 2-piece Supremes kids meal
- Supremes we're good and expected
- They had Cheerwine which is a plus
Overall, the worst thing was the drive thru. The automated ordering speaker thing was just ineffective. Wait time was a little long. Food wasn't bad but not as good as I would expect from Bojangles, and the biscuits just weren't right. Not sure if it's because they need that southern touch and just don't have the people for that or what. Either way, not the greatest Bojangles by any means.
I don’t understand the bad reviews and low ratings. We were greeted at the window immediately and with a good attitude might I add! He was patient and very nice. We didn’t wait long at all for our food!! It was hot, fresh, and delicious!! As a southern girl, I’m picky about my sweet tea…. It was exactly how I like it!!!! DJ deserves all the praise! And then some. He’s funny, high spirited, and over all great at his job!!!! There’s not too many workers like him now a days. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Plus a raise! There was a girl who I didn’t catch the name of but she was also nice and helped. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say.
Ps. If DJ sees this, the strawberry cobbler DEFINITELY WAS AS GOOD AS YOU HYPED IT UP TO BE!!! Thank you and you’re right we will be back!
They take so long for all types of orders dosent matter if your mobile or walking in
