I waited 45 minutes I've seen 6 cars come in and leave with food then they came and asked me what my order was,then they came and ask the second time and wanted to give my money back,after 50 minutes I left with no food

Immediately welcomed and taken care of by DJ in the front. I couldn’t have asked for better service, he was patient, he made great conversation and made awesome recommendations. I’ll never forget those Bo bites. Heaven. Made both me and my girlfriend laugh and multitasked like a pro. Never met anyone with such a good attitude and with the charm and personality of him. That man is destined for greatness

It sucks, the rude lady got nasty with me for ordering something they didn’t have ready, and now I’m sitting at the spot in front of the drive thru and I’ve been waiting for almost 25 mins for them to come out and bring me my food while there has been no one behind me in line

By far the best experience I have ever had at a bojangles. Came in just before close and expected a sub par experience. I was very pleasantly surprised as the manager made my friends and I feel more than welcomed, didn’t rush us, and whipped up some fresh food for us. I will definitely be returning!!

Absolutely the worst service ever. Waiting 20 mins for the 3 cars in front of me to be served just to find out when I get ready to order they “are out of biscuits” and it’ll be another 15 mins. Left without breakfast after almost 30 mins. Cashier was short and irritated. Will not be coming back here. New ownership, same old problems.

I have no idea why you all were allowed to reopen. If I could upload the picture of the boberry biscuit I was given, it will explain the reason for this review. Totally unacceptable. Someone looked at these and decided it was fit to give to a customer. Terrible.

Ordered two combos, and ranch as a sauce ($19). We drove to a nearby park and I realized we did not receive sauce for either, or even straws. Bit into my four-year-old son’s chicken because he said it tasted weird and it was raw (see picture). I came back to tell the staff and received $8 back and not even a “sorry”. Disgusting food, terrible service.

Chicken came out piping hot. The biscuits were nice an crusty on the outside, fluffy and light on the inside. Coleslaw was delicious 😋. When was the last time you visited Bojangles! Service was very attentive and friendly.
