I went through the drive through for a spicy chicken biscuit meal and only got a REGUALR biscuit. Got my entire order wrong. This is the 2nd time in a week this has happened. Trash.

A worker named phoebe took m order for me and my friend, she had a AirPod in her ear and acted like she couldn’t hear my friend when he told her my order she acted like she had an attitude and she did not say my pleasure or anything of the sort. I was very frustrated but other than that, the food was good.

I went to the drive-thru. Ordered the regular chicken sandwich meal large.
I'm staying within 0.5 miles of the store, the waffle fries were cold when i got back, chicken sandwich was only able to finish half because I didn't want to eat a chunk of fat or grisle, but the lemonade was good.
This Chick-fil-A location is a great place for boomers. They'll just sit at the tables sipping their refills, talking about how glad they don't live in Newpanews. Just kidding. This is and always has been a great spot for the tastiest chicken east of the Mississippi. That sandwich is perfection 👌.

I did not get my drink, no not my fault. Called once I arrived at my hotel and relized the drink was not in the car. So! I can't get my money back because I don't have the Chick-fil-A app. Say less, will not be returning to Chick-fil-A. Service not acceptable complete trash.

Horrible. I ordered through the app using mobile through. It let me place an order and took money from my account, only to find out when I get there I am unable to scan the QR code. I talked with an employee who told me they have nothing in their system, despite me being at the exact location and having my entire order and the time it was placed on my phone. They said my card was either expired and the money should still be there (it wasn’t) and I had to end up leaving with none of my order and none of my money returned. Will not be seeing my business again.

Another amazing Chick-fil-A location like every other one. Staff were extremely polite and fast even though it was busy. Food was delicious, like is it ever bad at any Chick-fil-A? They were also treating a kid so nice with bringing out mini-moo (the mascot) and a free ice cream! Come here if you can!
