They forgot to give us a sandwich we paid for. It was our first time at this Chic fil a. We went to pick up lunch for a friend recovering from lung cancer surgery. It was too far to go back to fix our order. A real disappointment. The food we did get was tasty.

Unpleasant and rude. I had not even half a piece of bacon on the bacon, egg, cheese biscuit. Do not recommend.
I have enjoyed Chick-Fil-A for over 30 years. A bit pricey but the food is good. As a customer I've always been appreciative of the friendly staff. When my daughter was young They use to give Little Golden Books with kids meals which I thought was a wonderful gesture. A gift with purpose instead of some junky toy. I visited a location in Newport News, Va today and my bill was $16.78. I handed the cashier a twenty and 78 cents in change. CORRECT CHANGE! And was told the Kiln Creek location no longer takes pennies! This is ridiculous! So the girl counts out 3 ones and 25 cents which means I came out ahead by 3 cents. So they'd rather lose money than accept full payment. This is a stupid policy. Pennues ARE LEGAL TENDER!
