3.5⭐️ I have gotten better service at this Dunkin, so I don’t mind this one. I have noticed there is less of a line also. So I now prefer this location.
The turkey sausage and cheese on English muffin was awful. The muffin was rubbery like it had been microwaved and the sausage was sour tasting. It was pretty obvious that they microwaved a pre- made sandwich that had been sitting out for awhile instead of making it fresh. Paid $5:for the biscuit and it was just gross!

Very frustrated with myndrive-thru order this morning... I ordered a sausage, egg & cheese on a bagel... was told no problem... and got bacon instead. Ordered hash browns and got 4 tiny hash browns... ordered an XL coffee and first they brought me a L... the place was NOT busy and there is no excuse for such inattentive customer service.

6605 GEORGE WASHINGTON MEM HWY. Don’t go here. It only seems to be only a specific crew, but the drink are always wrong and the service minimal with attitude. I don’t even ask for them to fix it anymore due to the disrespectful attitude when asked to please fix this. The floors are littered with trash and debris, counter tops sticky, and for the love of whoever you pray for PLEASE do NOT use the restroom. Go outside and use a bush, it’s cleaner.

I don’t know why I continue to come to this place and waste my time every time I come my food is messed up or made so sloppy or they miss something. Also whoever was working drive-through this morning at 8 AM has zero customer service skills she could do some good to put a smile on her face And learn how to greet people. It disappoints me because this is such a convenient location for me on my way to work

I have been here many times and I feel I can give an accurate assessment how this place operates. So it's not a place to save a buck because it's kind of pricey, but they have such good coffee drinks, and food it's worth it. The staff rarely screws up but when they do they are quick to own up to it and compensate fairly well. I also appreciate the hustle and it shows with how fast they are. You never see a line in the drive thru. They are just as kind of you go inside but the dining room is so tiny and empty you can here a ant fart from across the room. The staff makes this place and I recommend the iced butter pecan crunch coffee. It's da bomb.

It’s alway the unattractive females that act this way!Bad customer service!Also got smart when i requested a different coffee for the $6 meal deal like im supposed to know the ends and outs of it!!Pathetic!!They need to fix that broke ass microphone and maybe they can hear!!Trashy place!!Tater tots were soggy..but what can i expect in a Racist town!0

Overwhelmed staff that is clueless. The drive thru was wrapped around the building, so I went inside. I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese. After 15 minutes I received a burned plain bagel that was barely edible.

The lady at the drive through was on her game this morning 😊. The young lady that handed me my coolatta knew it was running down the cup( obviously way too full). Needless to say I wore the drink, also the interior of my car as well. Please do better😊 It was only my 2nd time at that location, maybe she was new. Thanks

Ordered a frozen coffee, hashbrowns, and bagel minis. Waited 5 minutes at the window, didn’t get a hello or anything, didn’t tell me my total, nothing. Coffee tastes sour and nasty, hashbrowns were very soggy. Yall have done better not sure what has been happening these last couple of times I’ve come.
