The worst service ever!! I ordered a candied bacon Frisco burger combo no candied bacon after calling and explaining the manager asked if i could come back., I said yes and there was no need to fix another burger just give me the bacon for the burger I was given 1 strip of bacon a very greasy container. Poor customer service inability process orders or rectify mishaps correctly. I will nerves come back to this location.

Disgusting dining room. Every table dirty. Condiments dispenser splattered with food residue. No napkins on the dining room. Trash area covered in food residue. Floor dirty, drips from sugary drinks tracked throughout the ordering area. Shift manager complaining publicly to staff about work left undone by previous shift manager, but not doing much herself - on the phone and talking about doing paperwork more than actually doing anything.

Tried to order at victory blvd breakfast Saturday 10/19 at 5:15am as they open at 5:00 and I have to work at 6 when everyone else opens. Hardee’s is the only place to get my breakfast in the morning. They were not open, and wouldn’t even acknowledge me. Service is awful, I tried to call and was ignored and they unplugged the phone so no one else could complain either.

I will never go back to this Hardee's. I placed my order online and chose to pick it up at the drive-thru window. The cashier said I was at the wrong location, I asked her if this was the address of that store, and she said yes. I told her I was going to drive up because I was charged. When I pulled up, the male associate was extremely rude and said we don't have your order. I gave my phone to the female associate with my receipt from my email. She shook her head and walked away. I was waiting for my food, and the rude male cashier asked me why I was holding up the line. What was I waiting for? I said my food, and he said we dont have your order. I asked to speak to the female cashier again, and he said I'm going to wait until she comes back up here." About that time the manager came back inside from a smoke break (I saw her smoking while i was waiting in line at the drive thru) she didn't wash her hands and told me I can't give you anything for an order I don't have. I showed her my receipt and she told me again she couldn't give me something they didn't have. I was on my way to work and didn't want to be late, so I left. I'm livid! This should have NEVER happened!

The store is supposed to open & be ready to serve breakfast by 5 am. I sat in the drive thru line in front of the microphone for 15 minutes, but no one even bothered to even try to take my order. This location is notorious for this!!! I highly recommend NOT doing business at this location. The service is awful , none of the management or employees even bother to show up to work on time , & the food is either bunt or half cooked! I will NEVER eat there again !!!! I suggest no one else does either. All of the management should be fired immediately !!!! Absolutely horrible work ethic & horrendous customer service !!!

Oh Hardees! Whatta vibe. Super delicious food. Took awhile for it to come out, but the staff were friendly. They almost forgot two of my items but they came out and brought them to me. I don’t recommend eating in here. Everything is covered in grease.
