I used to go here on a regular. The breakfast is a No No. The biscuit and gravy combo is a joke! They say it’s sausage in the gravy, but I can’t tell. This was my last visit with this restaurant. The receipt shows the outrageous prices with the small amount that you receive. Since new management, this place is the worse. From the watered down tea, to the cold coffee. Service here is the worse. The people that work at Hardee’s are NOT very appreciative of our business. So I stop utilizing this restaurant. Not worth the money.
Order was received fast and correct
I haven’t been in this particular Hardee’s in a very long time, probably 5 to 7 years. After going in I remembered why.
First off, the people cutting through the parking lot to get to Chic Fillet will almost kill you. I see there’s some speed bumps added but trust me, that’s not the answer. I went in and made my order, a chicken biscuit combo with a sweet tea (which they were out of, not just doesn’t have any made, actually “out of” sweet tea) and a two pack of blue berry biscuits which took almost 12 minutes to get. In my wait I watched three people who got incorrect orders try to deal with a young lady behind the counter, who told one customer who went outside to his car to eat that what he brought back in wasn’t what she gave him. What did she think he did, went outside to the car and made biscuits to bring back in just to claim she messed it up, just for fun? He talked to a manager immediately who actually was helpful.. then a gentleman who made an order and wanted sweet tea, wasn’t informed there wasn’t any, so of course he came back to ask for some that she “then said” they didn’t have so he followed up with, “why didn’t you say that after I ordered it” and also wanted his other cup for his wife which she says he didn’t order but was on receipt he had. All the while listening to someone’s child, who evidently worked there, stand in the line where people are trying to order, try to get one woman’s attention behind the counter by saying here name 500 times and NO ONE acknowledged him.. then “My order” finally shows up and it’s on a tray even though I said “to go”.
I put my food in my hands and went out to eat in my truck.. The “chicken” in my chicken biscuit was burnt, the hash browns were under cooked and mush and the two blue berry biscuits were so hard around the edges that you could only eat the middles out of them. I threw away 75% of my uneditable food. Hardee’s, if you care ANYTHING about this establishment and the people who spend $12 on your food, please go in that place and do something with it. Train, leadership, customer service, something.. But I can assure you, I won’t be coming back.

Cierra sucked. I mean this when you’re looking at the menu/ give us a second to look- she forced my order complete and rushed me the whole time. “Ok that’s it” “anything else” “what else” “total is… okay bye. B I’m not done!!!!

This place is the worst. Food is not up to par as the other locations and the service is beyond rude and full of attitude with craziness.
The staff was very nice, got our food fast.
The biscuits are a disappointment, overcooked and chewy get it together over there. Charging over $11 for the breakfast platter when it’s trash Ridiculous

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but when I checked my order at home, I found the wrong item in the bag. I asked the employee twice if it was a bacon cheeseburger, and both times she assured me it was. I’m disappointed. Always double-check your order before leaving.
I bought the breakfast platter with bacon the biscuits were hard the eggs the gravy was all cold they didn't give you enough hash browns so it was not worth the service they said they only give you a 11 tater tots there is actually 10 on your platter so the service is not as good the biscuit is hard
They were obviously short staffed. The dining room was untidy. The sweet tea was good. I liked the fries too. They were fresh, hot and lightly salted. The double cheeseburger was no good. The burger patties were dry and tasteless and the bun was chewy. The chicken wrap was okay for the first bite but by the time I was ready to take a second bite, it had become tough. Two of the four items I ordered were fairly good. The other two were practically inedible. Would not recommend and will not return.
The worst service ever!! I ordered a candied bacon Frisco burger combo no candied bacon after calling and explaining the manager asked if i could come back., I said yes and there was no need to fix another burger just give me the bacon for the burger I was given 1 strip of bacon a very greasy container. Poor customer service inability process orders or rectify mishaps correctly. I will nerves come back to this location.
