Every time I have had to deal with the Kroger pharmacy it has been a nightmare. They are consistently late filling prescriptions, or clueless that the prescription even exists. Once I was told my prescription was on back order, and then received a phone call that it was available an hour later. A total contradiction. They also make it extremely difficult to transfer pharmacies by having convoluted policies.

On a normal basis, I love to shop here. However, since covid has hit the area, I am extremely disappointed. I have shopped here twice since. Both times, the people "cleaning" the carts are using the same paper towel on 10-15 carts. I hope you understand that this solves nothing with the seriousness of the spread. And today, you finally have meat, but each customer is limited to two packs of each type of meat. This is not helpful for the families of 6 or more when trying to abide by the "stay-at-home" policy our governor has put in place.
February 29th was my first time at your location. I was looking for something specific and was trying to find it myself. Finally I got tired of looking, so I searched out an employee. I found one immediately, her name is Tracey Woolfson. She was sweeping the store but to the time to personally take me to the product I was looking for!! I really felt like I was important to her!!! I will most definitely shop here again!!!

The store on Victory Dr in Yorktown VA is filthy & when I told the manager about the feces all over the broken women's bathroom toilets he just turned and walked away - no comment. There were also ants all over the floor. I would say at least 20- 40 -% of the shelved were empty and the produce was limp and sparse. This used to be my favorite store. I won't go back and that manager should be fired - 6 months ago this store was great.
