I order pizza here quite often just because it's not far from my location. While there are many different options, I normally just get the original size crust. To me it's s just an average Pizza, but I'm spoiled from New York Pizza. I do have to say for a topping, meatball is the best anywhere around here. They actually use good chunks of seasoned meatball instead of slices.

Kia was the only one on shift! He still handled the order and killed the customers service aspect! Dude is an absolute beast hands down. Marcos you need to hire more people like him. I will return definitely because of Kia!

Everytime we order from this location, they are out of something; whether it be steak, chicken - it is consistent. When we do get our order when they actually have core ingredients in stock, the food is great! However, when we are forced to cancel and item or try to get a refund, we have a hard time getting our payment reimbursed and have to chase managers down. This has happened numerous time - we're over it. Their inconsistencies and having to chase refunds isn't worth it.

Took over a hour and half to get order sadly they forgot half the order had to go get the rest driver knew it but was very nice. When calling the young girl was very rude and not caring. When we had to pick up the rest of order the girl not caring at very rude. Very sad marcos yorktown has no consideration or concerns for they customers

I was sent to “pick up” the pizza ? & got the surprise that I was paying for it at the counter. Pierre saw that I was totally duped & so very kindly paid for the pizza without saying anything!! ?? The love was everything! I’ve been coming here for years & still eat from other pizza shops, MARCOS has the BEST Customer Service, Period. They’re always finding ways to enjoy their job & make customers smile!

Didn't I have no glove on making my food want to go get a pizza of doughNo no gloves

I splurged for delivery tonight. I live less than a mile from the store. At one hour I called bc no delivery. Pizza arrived 75 mins after order time and of course was completely cold. Our first experience wasn’t great either but they hadn’t been open long. No excuse this time. We will not order from them again.

So many times we have ordered and every time the pizza has been delicious and the staff has been lovely. We ordered tonight, the night before Thanksgiving. Despite it being a hectic night for them with only one driver on staff, they got our pizza to us as quickly as possible with amazing customer service!
