I splurged for delivery tonight. I live less than a mile from the store. At one hour I called bc no delivery. Pizza arrived 75 mins after order time and of course was completely cold. Our first experience wasn’t great either but they hadn’t been open long. No excuse this time. We will not order from them again.

Marcos has delicious pizza. BUT, they advertise delivery service and for a second time my order was canceled because they did not have a delivery driver. SMDH. Only option is DoorDash if they don't have a reliable delivery driver. But you won't know that until your order is canceled, and DoorDash has the extra delivery fee. Stop advertising delivery.....
Disappointed. The pizza actually deserves 4stars, but service or should I say advertised service brings the ratings down. I placed an online order for delivery, only to have the store cancel it (2nd time); this has happened. The store advises cancellation is because they don't have any delivery drivers. Only option then is DoorDash (extra fee), or pickup. But the order was canceled on the spot so there are no further options. Stop advertising delivery if you can't produce the service. SMDH.

Tried ordering delivery and called 15-20 minutes after the expected delivery time to find out they had cancelled our order without telling us. Apparently this is a pizza place that sends their delivery drivers home before they close, and the assistant manager boldly lies about calling to tell you your order has been cancelled. After being called out on not actually speaking to anyone he changed his story to say that he left a message...also a lie.

So many times we have ordered and every time the pizza has been delicious and the staff has been lovely. We ordered tonight, the night before Thanksgiving. Despite it being a hectic night for them with only one driver on staff, they got our pizza to us as quickly as possible with amazing customer service!
