I just left from this location I ordered a big Mac and a quarter pound bacon meal I had to wait ten min I live 5 min away got home and the fries are cold the big Mac bread is hard the quarter pounder had extra onions when I clearly ask the person for No onions when I orderd now I called back she told me to bring the whole meal back after I had heated the big Mac up to soften the bread but I couldn't take it I spent $ 20 and had to wait

This McDonald's, located by the Walmart in Kiln creek has very rude employees. I've been here more than once for door dash. Today, there was an older white lady fixing orders for DoorDash.
I wanted to place an order for myself while I waited on my door dash. I don't like using the kiosk, but it seems they want to force everyone to do that. I asked to place my order and she said, I'll get there when I can get over there. She was very rude and that was not the correct way to ask me to wait for her to come and take care of my order. This isn't the first time I've encountered rude employees at this store before. Even though the kiosk is there, it doesn't mean a person has to use it.Maybe she needs to retire but I do not appreciate rude customer service employees. I was there picking up an order about one o'clock this afternoon. I found out the lady's name is Tammy.
Always a bad experience at this location no point in a Drive-Thru you're going to park doesn't matter going inside is equally as slow employees just do not care

One of the worst places to stop. Ordered food and took over 20-25 minutes to come out. The oder was missing sauces and the happy meal had not toy.
The lids were not stalked.
A person who was working had their child sitting at the first table. Then while the the place inside filled up they sat with the child instead of helping customers.

I just waited in line for over 55 minutes to get stale fries and a sprite that tastes like seltzer water. At no point did they use the pull ahead spots, there are 7 of them!
If you want customer service, steer clear of this location. 11/14/25 just before 8pm, I placed my order on the mobile app for drive thru pick up. When my husband and I arrived at the restaurant, we decided we wanted to come inside, because the McDonalds website it states I can change to pick up inside once I’m at the restaurant. The gentleman working behind the counter told me emphatically, the only way I could get my food is to get back in my car and go through the drive thru. I tried reasoning with him, but he just stood there, telling me he couldn't help me, to get back in my car and go through the drive thru. The condescending smirk he gave to us when I told him I was not satisfied with that option, was insulting. I asked to speak to a manager, but he said he is the manager. There was no one inside the restaurant, and when we left, WITHOUT our food, there was only ONE truck in the drive thru, so please give me one good reason why he couldn't walk a couple of steps to the drive thru register, type in my code and provide me with my order? Is customer satisfaction not important anymore? At this point, I am thoroughly frustrated with this entire experience, and never want to step inside a McDonalds ever again. And to think I spent 3 years working at a McDonalds in Virginia Beach, while in high school, to now feeling this horrible about a brand I was once so very proud of, is extremely disheartening. DO BETTER!!
*edit- I see the reply to contact the customer care team. I already have. My case# is 34613773 and all they have done is asked me for my app email and a copy of my receipt, which I never received.

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS IF I COULD! I HAD A CODE FOR A QUARTER POUNDER, MEDIUM FRIES, AND DRINK FOR $6.39....HOWEVER, WHEN I GAVE THE GENTLEMAN AT THE COUNTER THE CODE HE TYPED IT IN (IT REGISTERED ON MY PHONE FOR CONFIRMATION) AFTERWARDS HE TOLD ME THAT HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT THE CODE WAS FOR. I SHOWED HIM MY PHONE SO THAT HE COULD SEE THE DEAL AND HE CALLED OVER TO A LADY. .HE SAID MA...WHICH WAS THE MANAGER ANDREA....HIS MOTHER! AND SHE CAME OVER AND ROLLED HER EYES WITH A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AS IF I DIDNT GICE THE CODE CORRECTLY! IN ACTUALITY IT WAS HER SONS FAULT FOR NOT KNOWING HOW TO RING UP PRODUCTS WHEN THE CODE I GAVE HIM WAS FACTUAL. I TRIED TO DO IT AGIM FOR ANDREA... HOWEVER, THE APP WAS SAYING I HAD TO WAIT 10 MINUTES TO USE ANOTHER DEAL! (THATS HOW YOU KNOW IT WORKED ON HIS END). WHATEVER HER SON DID AT THE REGISTER MESSED UP THE DEAL ON HIS END! ANDREA BLEW ME OFF AND WALKED AWAY!!! FORTUNATELY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THAT WAS THERE CAME OVER TO THE COUNTER AND WITHOUT HESITATION OR ANY PROBLEMS WAS ABLE TO GET ME THE DEAL AFTER I EXPLAINED TO HER AND SHOWED HER ON THE APP!! SHE WAS VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED, CALM, AND NICE TO ME. WHEN I ASKED WHO THE STORE MANAGER WAS THE Y OK UMG GENTMAN AT THE COUNTER ONCE AGAIN YELLED OUT ...MA! ANDREA CAME OVER AND HER TOLD HER I WANTED TO JNOW WHO THE STORE MANAGER WAS AND SHE AND THE YOUNG MAN SMIRKED AT ME AS SHE WAS PROUD TO POINT TO HERSELF AND SAY ....I AM! I KNOW THIS IS A FRANCHISE STORE AND A WORD TO THE OWNER ....ANDREA IS RUDE, NOT HELPFUL, AND SO.OS HER SON!! I USE THE APP EVERY DAY AND FOR THOSE 2 TO ACT AS IF I CANT SIMPLY READ A CODE THAT WAS GENERATED RIGHT I FRONT OF HER SONS FACE IS DISCUSTING!!! HE NEEDS TO LEARN TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF WHEN HE MESSED UP! AND HE DID WHEN HE TYPED IN THE CODE ...IT REGISTERED AS TAKEN ON MY PHONE....AND NEITHER HIM OR ANDREA (HIS MOTHER) COULD FIX HIS MISTAKE ON THE REGISTER.....BUT ANOTHER EMPLOYEE COULD WITH NO PROBLEM!!! STORE MANAGER ROLE SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE LADY THAT STOPPED MOPPING THE FLOOR TO DO ANDREA'S JOB!!! ANDREA SHOULD HAVE BEEN MOPPING THE FLOOR!!!

Ordered again like an idiot severely disappointed large fry arrived with almost no fries in it they also didn't put any napkins or the sauces I PAID FOR in the bag. If I could 0/10 I would. Stay away. Stay far away.

The drive-through line was super long, and the parking lot was a maze. I ordered two items on the app. I got to the speaker and gave them my code. They told me to pull up to the window. Then they said my second item was out of stock. That would’ve been great if they had told me at the menu where I put in my order, but I had no choice but to stay in line and get the one item they had.

Both kiosks ran out of receipts, and the waiting time was 25mins, even though we were only two people waiting for our takeaways. The order was one burger short, but unfortunately, I didn't check the bag carefully enough and no receipt so...
