Been here 5 times. It’s always either long wait in line, something wrong with the order, an employee with attitude. Sometimes all 3 at once. Terrible service.

Waited forever in line only to be told due to short staffing there was a long delay. People were shutting there cars off.very strange unfriendly atmosphere. Shake machine sodas not working.

Exceptionally nice McDonalds. The young man behind the counter was very nice and the layout had a very nice view of the road as the snow was coming down!

They don't listen to the code and tell you youre at the wrong store act like they have an attitude when you get your receipt and lie about what you ordered when it's clearly in the receipt and paid for. And one of the employees seemed intoxicated #thanksgiving2025

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS IF I COULD! I HAD A CODE FOR A QUARTER POUNDER, MEDIUM FRIES, AND DRINK FOR $6.39....HOWEVER, WHEN I GAVE THE GENTLEMAN AT THE COUNTER THE CODE HE TYPED IT IN (IT REGISTERED ON MY PHONE FOR CONFIRMATION) AFTERWARDS HE TOLD ME THAT HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT THE CODE WAS FOR. I SHOWED HIM MY PHONE SO THAT HE COULD SEE THE DEAL AND HE CALLED OVER TO A LADY. .HE SAID MA...WHICH WAS THE MANAGER ANDREA....HIS MOTHER! AND SHE CAME OVER AND ROLLED HER EYES WITH A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AS IF I DIDNT GICE THE CODE CORRECTLY! IN ACTUALITY IT WAS HER SONS FAULT FOR NOT KNOWING HOW TO RING UP PRODUCTS WHEN THE CODE I GAVE HIM WAS FACTUAL. I TRIED TO DO IT AGIM FOR ANDREA... HOWEVER, THE APP WAS SAYING I HAD TO WAIT 10 MINUTES TO USE ANOTHER DEAL! (THATS HOW YOU KNOW IT WORKED ON HIS END). WHATEVER HER SON DID AT THE REGISTER MESSED UP THE DEAL ON HIS END! ANDREA BLEW ME OFF AND WALKED AWAY!!! FORTUNATELY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THAT WAS THERE CAME OVER TO THE COUNTER AND WITHOUT HESITATION OR ANY PROBLEMS WAS ABLE TO GET ME THE DEAL AFTER I EXPLAINED TO HER AND SHOWED HER ON THE APP!! SHE WAS VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED, CALM, AND NICE TO ME. WHEN I ASKED WHO THE STORE MANAGER WAS THE Y OK UMG GENTMAN AT THE COUNTER ONCE AGAIN YELLED OUT ...MA! ANDREA CAME OVER AND HER TOLD HER I WANTED TO JNOW WHO THE STORE MANAGER WAS AND SHE AND THE YOUNG MAN SMIRKED AT ME AS SHE WAS PROUD TO POINT TO HERSELF AND SAY ....I AM! I KNOW THIS IS A FRANCHISE STORE AND A WORD TO THE OWNER ....ANDREA IS RUDE, NOT HELPFUL, AND SO.OS HER SON!! I USE THE APP EVERY DAY AND FOR THOSE 2 TO ACT AS IF I CANT SIMPLY READ A CODE THAT WAS GENERATED RIGHT I FRONT OF HER SONS FACE IS DISCUSTING!!! HE NEEDS TO LEARN TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF WHEN HE MESSED UP! AND HE DID WHEN HE TYPED IN THE CODE ...IT REGISTERED AS TAKEN ON MY PHONE....AND NEITHER HIM OR ANDREA (HIS MOTHER) COULD FIX HIS MISTAKE ON THE REGISTER.....BUT ANOTHER EMPLOYEE COULD WITH NO PROBLEM!!! STORE MANAGER ROLE SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE LADY THAT STOPPED MOPPING THE FLOOR TO DO ANDREA'S JOB!!! ANDREA SHOULD HAVE BEEN MOPPING THE FLOOR

I just went to get a Sunday breakfast for my entire family. I have to drive over 10 min. To get there and when I get home I realized a sandwich is missing. I really got frustrated, disappointed and sad, since one of my kids is not going enjoy his sandwiches he was waiting for, at this point I don't wanna go back to get the sandwich back. I wasted over 20 min. Going back and forth to not get the other I paid for. It's so ridiculous spend another 1/2 an hour to get a $6 sandwich that they were supposed to get me at first. This is so McDonald's, they never get you what you pay for!
