I went through the drive thru during a rush which was my mistake, but it took over an hour to get my food. That means they were averaging almost 10 minutes per car. I'd expect they'd give me the right food for 10 minutes a car, but they got my order wrong and didn't even give me sauce that they charged me extra for. I don't blame the staff that's an issue with understaffing or management or something

This is probably constantly the worst McDonalds around here. They regularly take 30+ minutes to serve 5 or fewer cars in the drive thru. Sometimes, they don’t even serve them. You’ll wait just to be told “we’re not taking orders right now”. Most often, it’s because their crappy computers are down again. The food is 50/50. It can be decent to good or terrible/inedible. However, you’re so frustrated with the experience that the times when the food is decent it’s overshadowed by your fight to get the food.

They took 20 minutes in the drive thru and completely messed up the order. Soda was carbonated water, all of the hash browns for every breakfast was missing and the food wasn’t even warm. I wouldn’t bother leaving a review but this is like the fourth time it’s happened. Such a waste of time and money.

You would think this place would at least get fries right? RIGHT? Wrong. Every time I've been here they have no salt? WHY? The service is abysmally slow, the prices have gone up. Wendy's is on the other side of the intersection, go there instead.

This location has been closed for the past 2 mornings, anyone know why?
It pretty much 100% of the time seems like they’re understaffed. If you go thru the drive thru something will always be missing or wrong on your order. If you go inside mine as well clock in cause you’re waiting a whole shift for your food.

Very fast and nice service but the chicken biscuit i ordered tasted stringy? Every bite i had was like a tendon to the point the entire sandwich was just stringy meat. Ended up just eating the biscuit and hashbrown.

Extremely horrible service! Ordered my food in the drive thru but a car broke down in front of me so I came inside. I explained what happened and the cashier just ignored me. I waited 5 minutes for my food or to explain again what happened....but the entire staff just ignored me.
