10/7/23 I went through the drive thru about 9am. I waited 22 minutes to get my food. Once I got my food the chicken biscuit chicken had dark brown spots on it and it was hard. I called and asked to speak to the manager. I think she said her name was Angel (not sure though). I was telling her this has been an issue more than once but why would you send a DARK spot meat outside the window when the chicken is LIGHT. You can tell it had been sitting. I took picture's and a video to prove what I am saying. Angel asked me what I wanted to do I told her I wanted my money back and my chicken remade since I waited 22 min in the drive thru. She told me not to go through the drive thru to come inside because she was not brining it out to me. HUH, WAIT SO I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND NOW I HAVE TO COME IN TO GET IT BECAUSE YOU SENT NASTY/OLD FOOD OUT THE WINDOW? She was yelling, had an attitude, and told me I had to come inside after I waited so long. PLUS I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER BUFFY CAN VERIFY THIS. IF SHE IS A MANAGER I FEEL SO SORRY FOR THE STAFF AND ANY CUSTOMERS THAT COMPLAIN. I feel like she didn't want anyone to bring my food to me to be rude and to start conflict. I never got the chicken biscuit since her attitude was on 100 didn't want to get nothing if she messed with my food. I also left a message for Mr. Tyron the reginal manager and never got a return call. POOR BUSINESS TO SEND OLD/HARD FOOD OUT THE WINDOW,, 22 MIN IS A LONG TIME TO WAIT, AND THEN THE MANAGER BE RUDE. TIME TO GO BACK TO CHICKFILA!

Generally speaking, I like McDonald's. It is comfort food - it isn't Michelin Star quality, but it's good and it is predictable. That was not the case at this McDonald's. I arrived around noon and I ordered two McDoubles and a small fry. The burgers were both slightly burnt and had obviously been under a warmer for too long (warmers are perfectly acceptable in the fast food industry, but there are limits). The fries (generally my favorite item from McDonald's) were cold, limp and nearly salt free. A bad visit which will make sure I don't return to this particular McDonald's.

Order at the kiosk. Grab a tent so your food will be delivered to your table and find the one somewhat clean table. Wait. Get called to pick up your order. Ask for your forgotten drink. Realize your order is wrong but staff are outside talking to friends or having side conversations at another booth. We were visiting the area & just needed a quick bite, but this place reminded me why I don't eat at McDonald's.

I just wish workers would take a little extra time to make sure that the orders get done right because you never know the customers situation I lost my job while ago and the part-time work that I’ve been doing just don’t cut it in all the money that I had I ordered a simple big breakfast with an extra muffin so I can make two sandwiches and when I left I started eating and after I finished, I realized I never put my hashbrowns in. I know this sounds very petty and normally it’s not a big deal but when somebody doesn’t have a lot of money and they’re hungry, it makes a big difference and I was really hungry. Looking forward to getting as much as I could with the little money I had so remember, there might be more to that order that you prepare for a customer

Fourth time in a row they've gig my order wrong. Also had to wait 20 minutes for just a hamburger for it to be made wrong. Pretty odd.

I will never use mobile app to order here again!!! It took my order just fine and of course pulled my money off my card before I got to speaker to give my code. The man comes on an says I'm sorry we don't have Mocha Frappuccino's today, I said what? He said would you like something else. I said no I ask how to get a refund, his response I don't know!! REALLY!! SO 9.07 PAID FOR WHAT?? I NEED A REFUND OR THE 2 MOCHA FRAPS I ORDERED I DRIVE TO THE WINDOW HE HANDS ME A RECEIPT WITH MY TOTAL AND MARKED PAID! SO NOW I GUESS I TRY CONTACTING WHO?? CORPORATE?? THIS IS REDICLOUS!!! WHY LET THE ORDER GO THROUGH IF YOU DONT HAVE THE ITEMS I ORDERED.. WOW WHAT A MESSED UP SITUATION. Not to mention I had a 2.00 off on one of the mocha's well that's gone now too!! What is the point of having app..NOTTA!!!

I recommend not going there their food is cold their attitudes stink and they keep firing the good workers. I loved DJ he’s a great worker. He’s always polite and gives me a nice warm smile every time he’s on the front counter. He’s the only one who cares bout the customer. Even the DM sucks a** with her manly disposition. It never fails the drive through is the best, the employees are polite always with a smile I’ve been there when it is super busy and not so busy and the attitude is professional thank-you to the staff & management for your great service

Probably the slowest McDonald's I've been too. Then they proceed to bring out food for others that ordered after me. This is craziness.

Went yesterday morning sat at the drive thru forever was wanting breakfast it got switched to lunch so I left go back this morning orderd steak bagel got bacon took it back in they ran out of bagels place needs to get it together sad when ya can’t get a steak bagel

Let me tell you the story of how I almost died in the drive-through.So there I was, at the pick-up window just minding my business and waiting for my sweet tea (which honestly could've been sweeter and definitely not worth the risk of almost losing my life but I digress). Suddenly, a 3 inch wasp circled the front of my pickup truck and AS SOON AS HE SAW AN OPENING, took a dive toward my OPEN driver's side window. I quickly flicked the switch to put the window up and THANKFULLY, the window went up before the wasp decided to enter.The woman at the drive-thru (I didn't get her name, unfortunately), stood on the other side of the window shaking her head. We both, simultaneously shook our heads. And I watched in the rear view mirror as this wasp TRIED TO FAKE ME OUT, moved to my blind spot to see if I'd put my window back down, and, when he realized I wasn't putting the window back down, flew up super quick as though ready to throw antennae.As the woman and I kept shaking our heads, she motioned for me to pull up and ran my sweet tea out to me, then ran back in. We both realized our lives were at stake. And I quickly flicked the switch again to put my window up. All was well and as far as I know, neither one of us got stung.That's some fantastic customer service right there. ??

This was the cleanest and brightest McDonald's I've ever been in. Food was ok, except cold limp fries. Napkins and ketchup were out of stock. Staff seemed mentally slow or maybe stoned.

Probably the worst service ever. I ordered the new mcCrispy sandwich and it only had mayonnaise on it.... then I also ordered a fish filet extra tartar sauce and received no tartar sauce on my sandwich. I don't if the people working there are a little slow or just don't care but I will not return here even for a drink.
