Im absolutely in LOVE with this place. I’m still shocked it wasn’t busy. From the food, the service, the atmosphere it’s all amazing! It’s very hard to find restaurants that are %100 gluten free but this one definitely hit the spot. I’d recommend this to anyone with celiac or gluten sensitivities.

The food was amazing. I had the seafood platter with a Cesar salad. My wife had the chicken finger platter with fries and Mac&Cheese. Got a Fish&Chip for our daughter. Got a brownie and a cheddar biscuit. First time here and we'll be back.

Amazing gluten free options. The cinnamon rolls are perfection. My lunch was phenomenal. Love this sweet little spot!

I've been waiting until I had time to write a thorough review because it was just THAT good. I was in Virginia for a work trip and if you have celiac, you know traveling can be difficult. I stumbled upon Grunow's Kitchen and was eager to try it as everything is 100% gluten free. It did NOT disappoint. Infact, I think I'll dream about the food for the rest of my life. Seriously! We ate here twice during our trip and the food was phenomenal both times. I got the chicken tender platter with mac n' cheese & fries. I also brought home loads of baked goods and wish I bought 10 more of those frosted cookies. They were amazing!
The taste was perfect, the texture was perfect, everything was perfect. GOOD gluten free food (especially fresh) is hard to find. But it can absolutely be found at Grunow's Kitchen.

Our waitress, Callie, was amazing. She was honestly one of the kindest individuals I have ever met. She made sure we had everything we needed and more! She was incredibly helpful and gave us some great menu recommendations. She was on top of everything and seriously, great at her job!

I don't have plans to return to Virginia anytime soon, as I live and work in Michigan, but I may need to plan a trip so I can eat at Grunow's Kitchen again.

My husband has recently been diagnosed w/Celiac. We were visiting my daughter & granddaughters & looking for a place to eat. Grunow's Kitchen came up on our search so we decided to give it a try. The waitress & staff were extremely helpful. The food was very good & they were willing to adjust for our tastes. Overall, we were extremely pleased & would highly recommend them if you are looking for something gluten free.

I’m so impressed with how flavorful and satisfying this gluten- and dairy-free meal was! Every bite was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and felt like it was made with care. It’s rare to find a dish that checks all the boxes for dietary needs without compromising taste, but this one delivered 100%. I left feeling full, happy, and completely satisfied. Can’t wait to have it again!

Great food! it was so nice to go somewhere where the entire menu was gluten free and celiac safe.

Our Service was topnotch from start to finish! We enjoyed our first visit 😊 All of our dishes were absolutely phenomenal. The staff even accommodated my husband's dairy allergy which was super awesome. Everything was clean, orderly, efficient and well organized as well. We will most definitely be back.

Such a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, and made with love. Callie is the sweetest hostess and made me feel so welcomed. Love stopping in on my lunch breaks for the curry chicken salad and cauliflower mac!
