Papa Johns Pizza

I don't know what happened to Papa John's but it tasted absolutely horrible. I don't know what they have changed about their recipes but nothing was the same. The garlic butter was the only thing that was good

This is the best pizza in the area, which is really saying something considering it’s a chain. They almost always have perfectly made pizzas that taste delicious. They’re also always welcoming and quick when you go to pick up the pizza.

Just received my pizza, and whether you agree with it or not, I ordered pepperoni, jalapeño, and EXTRA pineapple. There’s not extra pineapple. There’s barely regular pineapple. This was a $50 order with a 20% tip, and I paid for extra pineapple. There’s pieces with 2-3 pineapple. That’s not extra. READ YOUR TICKETS.

There was hair in my pizza. A long strand that appeared to have cooked with the cheese on top. So gross. Threw the whole pizza away. Never ever coming back here again.

I have been a Papa Jons guy my whole life and for the most part have had the same standard of quality on the pizza. Some place a little lighter and some a little heavier on the toppings but overall good to great pizza. The pies I got from this place on April 28 really put me off. Haven't even ordered a pizza from anyone in the 2 months. Not sure what happened as I had ordered from this shop before a few times without issue. Crust was 3 inches of the radius of the pizza, toppings, cheese, and sauce were almost no existent. They weren't fully cooked and just tasted off. Hope the owner changes something but I will vote with my dollars. Even if it was some isolated employees quality falls on management.

I placed an online order for 2 pizzas tonight, one gluten free and one regular…. had a slight issue with them but it was immediately resolved upon calling the store. The manager Joe was absolutely incredible and very attentive, he was quick to offer solutions to my concerns. The whole staff was very kind and polite when I entered the store. I would 100% recommend this store and company.

Visited for a pick up order on 07/25 I checked mybreciept so I could recognize the young man working and helping me, but it's not listed . He was the only one there, and it was during truck delivery . He was awesome! Friendly, professional, and great attitude, thank you, young man!!
