I called in a order for two orders of CHEESE sticks. The lady said it will be ready in 15 mins. I go to pick the order up and, I opened the box to make sure it's right. To my unpleasant surprise it was a 2 orders of bread sticks. I told the woman at the counter that this, was suppose to be CHEESE sticks. She then replied you ordered bread sticks when I took the order. Bread sticks and CHEESE sticks sound nothing a like! I replied no I didn't order bread sticks. How can you tell the person that called and, placed the order that they order something else?? I'm sure the person ordering/ calling in the order knows what they ordered. Needless to say I will not be going here again! They couldn't even get a simple order correct!

Can i say just Wow! Customer service from Dakota was great! Food was done so fast! This level of cutomer service is rare! Thank you! Great customer service in my opinion is rare to find nowadays.

Best damn Pizza Hut I’ve been two in 20 years. It started off crazy because my online order didn’t process right. The general manager just so happen to be working the front counter. She saw the frustration in my face when I came to pickup my order. The manager completely took care of me and made everything right. I believe her name was Steph and she’s the reason I will probably come her once a week.
Everything was hot ? and fresh. Delivery was was on time. Just like my wings a little more crispy. Other than that, it was awesome

My pizza arrived 45 minutes late. Not sure if the pizza got jacked up on the ride or when the driver couldn’t get the box out of the bag, but unfortunately I was not happy with the experience or the pizza.

Wonderful customer service! A worker named Cam helped me with my order. He was extremely friendly and made the interaction as smooth and easy as it could be. The only reason i tipped was because of his kindness.
